Enjoying a prime position within walking distance of many of Bristol’s most favoured amenities, this is a home not to be missed. Situated in the vibrant neighbourhood of Stokes Croft, which was recently named 'coolest neighbourhood in the UK', you won't be bored staying at this property!
Based over three floors, there are three versatile bedrooms (two super king and one king) that can comfortably sleep up to six guests. There are two bathrooms, and one additional downstairs toilet. Guests can enjoy a fully equipped modern kitchen and multiple indoor and outdoor spaces to relax. On the lower-ground floor, you’ll find a large open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area, ideal for cooking, eating, and socialising together!
🌿 OUTDOOR SPACE
Guests can enjoy a private landscaped terraced garden with a BBQ and multiple seating areas across different levels - perfect for socialising, dining, and relaxing in good weather, with trees and fencing providing privacy.
🚗 PARKING
Parking is available on surrounding streets Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm via a permit scheme. Permits cost £5 per vehicle – please contact the host for more information. Parking is free during evenings and weekends. Pay-and-display parking is also available at the end of the street.

Picton Street is right in the heart of the district, just off Stokes Croft and Cheltenham Road, and within comfortable walking distance of the shopping district, University, Floating Harbour, Downs and everything else that Bristol has to offer. There are several independent shops, pubs and eateries within just yards of the front door. Two mini-marts stocking literally everything are just across the road and the nearest supermarket is a 5 minute stroll. The house was purchased in 2023 - the garden and downstairs area have been extensively renovated so we hope you enjoy what we think are some great improvements.
