The property manager & hostess were great communicators. They offered us a free bottle of Prosecco, as we were visiting on our honeymoon, which we greatly appreciated.
Unfortunately, I cannot provide 5 stars, for a variety of reasons:
-The shower floor tiles did not slope to the drain properly, so there was always standing water in the shower, causing a mold/mildew smell in the bathroom. We had to keep the bathroom door closed while we slept at night because the smell was quite strong.
-Bring your own coffee - I was disappointed to wake up the first morning and discover there was no coffee in the cupboard (and no waters).
-The walls/ceiling are paper thin, we could hear every step made by the upstairs neighbors.
-We were required to dispose of our own trash. I would expect that service to be included in the fees.
All in all, the apartment was fine, but the price was a bit high for lack of amenities. We would likely opt to stay in a hotel instead, in the future.
