Beautiful, clean, fantastic location. First time staying on the Grand Canal and the property was exactly as described. If we are back in Venice, we will hope Grand Canal Green is available.

Wonderful apartment in a great location. Check-in process was easy. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Perfect for our getaway. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely home & location

So close to the water bus stop. Gondiers cruising just outside the windows. What a way to experience Venice. Quiet neighborhood, nice amenities in unit. Restaurants and shops just around the corner. Centrally located which made touring the town much easier.

Short stay

We disembarked from a cruise and wanted to stay in Venice and found this place. It was perfect for my husband and I and brother in law. It was right on the canal and it was in a great location as far as groceries, restaurants and just touring Venice in general. It was easy to communicate with the management company as well.

Wonderful location

Clean, comfortable, spacious. We stayed here after a 1 week work trip that transitioned into the start of a 1 week vacation. It was perfect to have a washer and dryer. Property management was very helpful but the check in process is a little tedius. Strongly recommend.

Nice time

Location was nice. Very good communication with host. The Traghetto to San Marco was very close, which is nice. Being on the water was lovely except lots of mosquitoes. The space was not equipped with basic toiletries, but upon request, the owner was responsive and very quick to bring laundry/dish detergent, shower gel and shampoo.

Right on the canal

We really enjoyed this recently fully remodeled apartment right on the canal in Venice. It was very hard to find initially and Venice proved to be a maze but once we got our bearings we loved that this was not in San Marco! Vaportetto stop S. Toma and literally 800 feet off of it is this gem.

Our stay in Venice was lovely but the check-in process was SO FRUSTRATING it started our trip in a very negative way. We arrived in Venice at 9:00 so we stored our luggage near the train station as suggested by the host. We toured around and ate lunch until we could get the key from the key manager, Ernst. We agreed to meet at 15:30 but unfortunately being in a new city we got lost when we went back to pick up our luggage. While we were lost Ernst texted us and told us he could only wait until 15:45, a 15-minute window! He said otherwise we would have to wait until the evening to meet up. On top of being lost we had been up on an all-night flight and we now couldn't get into the apartment until the evening. Ernst went on to tell us how we inconvenienced him and how hard his day was - he had to cross the city for a meeting, "lots of people" were waiting for him and that we should have checked in and then go back for our luggage! He ended up coming to us at the bus station since we were struggling and gave us a video on how to get into the apartment which worked for us. I did not appreciate his tone with me and didn't need the added stress to our first day in Italy.We only had one issue in the apartment. There is a water reservoir in the dryer that needed emptied between loads or it shuts off. We were not familiar with a dryer like that. We googled the dryer to figure out why it kept shutting off and figured it out. Cleaning staff should empty the reservoir between guests.

Amazing Location

Being right on the water of the grand canal was amazing. I sat in the chair with a glass of wine for hours watching the boats go by and the gondola ferry go back and forth....and I could have spent even longer. The apartment was very clean and new and the bathtub in the second bathroom was fabulous. Very close to the San Toma water bus stop and previously mentioned gondola ferry and a 10 minute walk to the Rialto Bridge. Great location, quiet and mesmerizing to hear the water lap up against the building just outside our windows at night. When we return to Venice, we will book again!

An emerald retreat on the Grand Canal

This flat is safe and secure at the end of a narrow calle leading down to the Grand Canal, which really is right up next to the windows of the living room and bedroom. Gondolas are tied up outside and if you catch them early you can watch the gondoliers get ready for the day. The apartment was spotless, everything worked, and when we checked in, our host's representative spent at least 15 minutes walking us through the property requirements (locks, a/c, windows, etc.) This was longer by far than any of our other hosts spent during check-in over the course of our trip. The flat was full of books on Venice and Italian art, including guide books that I didn't notice until our last day there. The tub is enormous and having two bathrooms is a blessing. And being able to listen to the waves of the Grand Canal lapping against your window as you go to sleep is just magical. I loved Venice, and I think this safe, beautiful, sophisticated apartment is one of the main reasons why.
