• Check-in is from 16:00 - 22:00 | Check-out is before 11:00 a.m. Outside these hours please contact us for availability at least 24h in advance. Charges may apply.

• Smoking is allowed on the Terrace, but it is prohibited to smoke inside the apartment.

• The Private Parking Garage under the building has a height restriction of 1.80 metres (3.3 ft) and the entrance is a bit narrow. This reason will not be subject to any compensation.

• Please note that all guests from 14 years of age and older must complete an Electronic Registration Form to comply with Spanish legislation 'Orden INT/321/2021'. In order for us to comply with the law, refusal to complete the form will result in the denial of a stay at our property.
