Studio on the second line of Levante beach / Rincón de Loix, Benidorm. It has capacity for 3 people + 1 child.

Cozy and very bright 36 m² accommodation, with views of the sea and the city.



It has an elevator, high-speed fiber internet access (wifi), air conditioning, heat pump heating, community+children's pool open seasonally, children's area, outdoor parking in the same building subject to availability upon arrival, 2 Televisions (1 Smart TV), iron, hairdryer.

The independent induction kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, freezer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.



- Key delivery and check-in take place in our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 66, local 2, commercial name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino.

- A deposit of €200 is retained on a credit/debit card as a deposit or cash, failing that.

- Check-in from 4:30 p.m. (high season from 6:00 p.m.)

- Check out before 11:00 a.m.

- Smoking is not allowed

-Temporary rental minimum 11 nights.

Holiday for a relaxing break !!!

Very clean & fresh appartment with a great view , plenty of towels & bedding, all kitchen appliances were there for u ! Everything was cattered for a wonderful stay, will certanly recommend it to all my friends !... Can't fault it, very good value for money ! No complaints,

Great apartment

I stayed here last October so I knew it was a good apartment. It had everything that I needed for my stay. Great location also. And Benidorm Booking were great hosts as always. That's why I always choose to book with them. I can't fault them. The shower was leaking a bit which I informed them about. I think the apartment could do with a touch up regarding the paint. The neighbours next door were noisy, though this is no fault of Benidorm Booking.

Heerlijk locatie dicht bij het strand 13de etage en lift kapot is lastig voor iemand die slecht ter been is. Wel was het met een dag opgelost. Prijs is wat aan de hoge kant voor deze tijd van het jaar
