Welcome to this modern house in Maria de la Salud, 15-20 minutes driving from Playa de Muro. Here, our guests find a beautiful place for their vacation with a private pool.



The house is in the quiet village of Maria de la Salud and you can walk to the center where there is a grocery store, restaurants and bars. More services and gas stations are found in Can Picafort, Sa Pobla or Muro. By car you can go to the beaches of the north, Can Picafort, Playa de Muro or Puerto de Alcúdia.



The house has 3 bedrooms, open kitchen, private salt pool and terrace. The pool is 8 x 3 meters in size and 1.6 meters deep. The 3 bedrooms have a double bed and there are 2 bathrooms with shower and hair dryer; as well as access to a balcony or terrace. Additionally, there is Wifi, satellite television and complete kitchen equipment. The largest bedroom upstairs has an air conditioning unit. The other bedroom upstairs does not have air conditioning, but if you leave the door open, the air conditioning from the large bedroom will also cool the room. The bedroom downstairs does not have air conditioning but if you leave the door open, the air from the living room is enough to cool the room.



The house was restored with great care, preserving its authentic style. Crib and high chair available upon request.



Things to note:



NO barbecue.



In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which must be paid by each guest from 16 years old. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged before arrival via a Visa / MasterCard card with a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.



Important: as required by law, we need to ask you for copies of the IDs or passports of all guests over 16 years old. This information is sent by email.

The security deposit will be retained through a credit card and the customer will need to provide their details through a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after checkout.



Events, parties or pets are not allowed.



The pool does not have lights.
