Overview
Villa Thalia Katerina is located in Trapezaki, Kefalonia. This detached
vacation rental property offers air-conditioning, Free Wi-Fi and sleeps
up to 6 people with 3 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms. There is a private pool
(South Facing) with barbecue and Sea views. Walking distance to the
Beach and Restaurants.
Layout

Villa Katerina has a large open-plan living room with kitchen and
dining area. Patio doors lead out onto a terrace shaded by pergola by
the swimming pool and barbecue area. There are panoramic views to the
ocean and spectacular sunsets. Also on the ground floor is a twin
bedroom and an adjacent shower room. On the first floor the en suite
master bedroom has doors leading out onto a balcony. The twin room is
also en suite with doors out to the balcony. Outside there are shady
gardens and a covered private parking area.

Living Room
The living room is air-conditioned and has a ornamental fireplace,
dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and Free
Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool terrace with Sea views.

Kitchen
The kitchen is air-conditioned and features a toaster, coffee maker,
washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and
oven. There is also a barbecue outside.

Bedrooms
Villa Thalia Katerina has 3 air-conditioned Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned with a double bed. En Suite Bathroom
Bedroom 2 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds. En Suite Bathroom

years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

Fantastic Villa in Great Location

The view from the Villa out to sea is spectacular. The property was clean and comfortable. We met the owner, a very pleasant lady, who was most helpful during our stay.

This property is the best Ive stayed in so far. It has everything you need to have an enjoyable stay and is so clean. Very helpful information folder provided at the property and is a very quiet away from it all location. The views are stunning and I couldnt have asked for a better place to stay. If you want to get around the island I would recommend car hire but if you want the peace and quiet and happy to stay at the villa, it has everything you need in it and the shop and taverna are close by.

Wonderful location with amazing views. We sat and watched the sun down and it was magical. We will definitely visit again.

The accommodation was immaculate and as expected from the pictures (which is sometimes not the case!). It is modern and spacious with a well-equipped kitchen. A fantastic group of people. What more can I say - we hope to be back next year.

We had a perfect 10 days in Trapezaki. The scenery, villa local people, tavernas were all amazing and made the holiday extra special. The temperature was just about right when we stayed (end of September) it went chilly in the evenings so advise taking a jumper. Wise to rent a car and travel to some of the local beaches especially Ratzakli which is great for families. There is plenty of wildlife to admire around the villa and the pool was big enough for a cool off and to play some games. Would highly recommend.

We had a lovely relaxing week in Trapezaki. We did not hire a car but were able to walk tothe local shop beach and a few tavernas. The local beach was worth the steep walk down (and back up) when we first arrived. However after two prolonged thunder storms it was completely different Lots of debris tree branches and seaweed. So glad we saw it before the storms. We got the bus to Lourdas beach and taxis when we wanted to go further afield. This suited us but if you want to explore more of the island a car is essential.

We have just returned from an excellent and very relaxing holiday at Villa Thalia Katerina. The Villa is very comfortable. Air Conditioning in all rooms. Well, equipped kitchen and utility rooms and great pool area outside. Most of the time we spend at the terrace and enjoyed a nice time there: having meals, playing cards, enjoying gatherings with our friends...The pool was the lovely and perfect temperature in August...Trapezaki has 4-5 nice tavernas only within a short walking distance. We tried nice tasty local food there and found the people of Trapezaki and Kefalonia very friendly and hospitable. Nice relaxed holiday overall. Already booked Villa Thalia Katerina for next year.

Great views and quiet location

Good location, fantastic views, lovely clean pool and villa. Advise car hire. Great local restaurants. Thalia, property manager is friendly and is around all day every day. The villa is definitely value for money but basic. Patio and living room furniture uncomfortable and beds hard. No channels on TV to watch as no signal and DVD player there, but no DVD’s. I would revisit Kefalonia but would prefer booking direct with owner not via a host company that doesn’t quite give you that personal touch compared to my previous travel experiences. Not sure why all previous reviews dated the same day 🤔

Perfect for a tranquil break and relaxation. I liked the location and the scenic views. Villa Thalia Katerina was perfect with absolutely no issues. It was spotlessly clean & well presented. Bedrooms are a good size, with plenty of storage space. Nice spacious outside area with garden, private pool, and terrace. Villa is in a very peaceful and secluded location only a 5-minute car trip to Trapezaki and Kanali beach which really comes alive each day, with a huge choice of restaurants, tavernas, bars, and entertainment. We loved alternating days between exploring different places and beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. Nice spend time at Trapezaki and Agios Thomas Beach where we enjoyed tasting local food, drinking some of the local wines, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. We had a nice holiday at the villa and Trapezaki and we will be returning again. Much gratitude to everyone that helped book and look after us before and during our stay.

The beaches with the blue sky water, where you would like to stay for a long time, the many attractions that tourists like to go to, have been part of our search for new experiences and the next holiday destination. Villa Thalia Katerina and Trapezaki met all our expectations for a perfect holiday. The house has three very cozy rooms, with en-suite bathrooms, and well-equipped kitchen, and all needed amenities. Lovely to sit out and relax with a glass of wine on the balcony and enjoy our daily meals by the pool area. Almost everything is in the vicinity of walking distance: restaurants, tavernas, supermarkets, but still in a calm neighborhood. While there we took several trips to fab beaches near Trapezaki (Trapezaki and Kanali Beach). Nice quality time spend there: tasting local food, wine tasting, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. Nice and friendly people in Trapezaki and Kefalonia. Kefalonia has become one of my favorite travel destinations and I know we will be back soon! Highly recommend this villa and company.
