Great Location

Nice place. Close to ski areas. Very clean and well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Water pressure could be better upstairs but definitely enjoyed the place and location for skiing

Great place

Property is great, perfect for our group and convenient to skiing and restaurant's. My only note would be that the "Jetted Tub & Private Deck" led me to expect a hot tub on the porch.

Great launch pad to ski the cottonwoods!

Very spacious condo with easy access to the four Cottonwood Canyon resorts. Nice kitchen and living room for gathering, but ample space to get away from your travel companions if needed. Garage parking is a nice plus

GREAT Location for Skiing Alta, Brighton, Snowbird or Solitute

LARGE place - with full basement apartment, well equipped and right where you can turn into the traffic for Little Cottonwood Canyon.

Nice location for access to ski resorts

Our group of 11 enjoyed staying at this property over the holidays; the house was clean and spacious, with sufficient private space for the teens and adults. The property manager was also very responsive to the minor repair requests we had. Overall a very positive experience!

Just what we were looking for!

Beds were good and as listed. Kitchen had what we needed. Nicely furnished. We liked having the use of the garage door opener. Great location for ski areas! Overall it was great and exactly what we were looking for.

Great stay and rental company

The house was great and the location was perfect. The only criticism we have was that the TVs were unable to connect to the house wifi and so there were no streaming options for the kids. Other than that we had a great stay and enjoyed the amenities.

Great place to stay for skiing

The house was clean, mostly updated and comfortable. We are a family of 6 - including 4 teens in town for a ski trip. Absolutely loved the location with easy access to Little & Big Cottonwood Canyons. Lots of shopping nearby. Had two living spaces which would be fantastic for 2 families. Would definitely stay here again. One note - fan in room with 2 beds was incredibly loud and needs to be serviced/replaced. Even with that - 5 star rating.

Comfortable stay

Convenient location between the 4 ski areas. Home is roomy with a well stocked kitchen. Just so you know, the blender doesn't work. Supplying the garage door opener is a nice touch. Tissues would be a good addition.

Super Nice and Clean!

My husband and I stayed in this town home with 3 other people and my baby and it was amazing. The decor is all modern, super nice, granite countertops. It had 4 bedrooms so my baby could have her own room. My sister in law loved the basement apartment. It had 4 bathrooms as well, which is especially nice when you have so many people. The TV had cable and Netflix, which is nice at night before bed. There was a guy who came by and gave us tips about the house, I don't know if he was the manager or maintenance man, but it was really helpful.

Big place

House overall was a decent place to stay at. Only 2 issues. It has one air conditioner for a three-story home which naturally the hot air rises to the top so the upstairs was piping hot when we got there. And number two the hot water in the master bathroom shower did not work for some reason. Tried letting it sit for 10 minutes and then only stayed cold. It’s a good location with a lot of beds.

Perfect spot between the cottonwood canyons

Great location. Easy access to Alta, Snowbird, Solitude, and Brighton. Large enough for our ski party of 8. We will hopefully book again next year.

Great stay

Plenty of room for our family to stay there. Well-stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, terrific location. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean and easy!

We were thrilled at the cleanliness and order of this house. Everything about the property was easy to navigate, from the organization of the kitchen to details like house rules, toiletries, garbage and departure. Proximity to Alta made this a great choice for a family ski vacation. We look forward to coming back!

Clean and easy

This house was a perfect fit for our family ski vacation. It was clean and well-appointed with a few basic necessities (toiletries, cooking spices). The one small repair that was needed was attended to quickly by the property manager - communication was clear and we spent very little time dealing with that. Most appreciated was the simple departure procedures - no beds to strip - which was greatly appreciated as we had an early morning flight on our last day. Thanks and we’ll be back!
