I can not recommend this property. Sewerage smells in the showers, electricity outage, no hooks to hang wet towels, one key for six guests to share and no assistance for resolving these issues.

This apartment is in a convenient and quiet location. The apartment needs some upgrades. The air conditioning operates only as a fan with no cold air. The maintenance person was unable to fix it. One of the toilets did not work and it was a couple of days before it was fixed. Some of the furniture is missing - bedside tables in the listing were not there.

Negative Minha esposa ficou presa no elevador e demorou quase 1 hora para alguém socorrê-la.

My wife got stuck in the lift and it took almost an hour for someone to come to her aid.
