Outside, guests will find a completely fenced garden on two levels and a portico with a table for outdoor meals. The property also has a fitness room, a wifi connection, a baby bed, a highchair, parking and a garage.

Villa il Mandorlo is in a residential area on a beautiful hill in Umbria. The house is surrounded by a large, very well-kept garden about 6000 sq m big, with many flowers, olive trees and fruit trees, such as a beautiful pomegranate tree. The garden is completely fenced, with an electric gate and a metal fence. The part of the garden which is on the same level as the house features a large, furnished portico for outdoor dinners which overlooks the lake and is right next to the kitchen and dining room, as well as an outdoor living room and children’s games (basketball hoop, table football, 5-a-side football goal), the swimming pool, measuring 8x4 and with a depth of 1.20 metres, complete with gazebo with table and chairs, sunbeds, a large beach umbrella, outdoor shower. The entire outdoor area is well maintained. Parking within the property, as well as an underground garage.Interior
The owners built the villa in 2011 and furnished it paying great attention to detail, with antique furniture, precious items and modern finishes. The electric and water works are therefore all very recent. The ground floor features a large entrance leading to the dining room and the living room with comfy sofas, a satellite TV, a fireplace, a charming and fully operational organ, and a chess table: this whole area boasts beautiful French doors which lead to the outdoor portico. The ground floor also has a bathroom with shower, a well-equipped kitchen with an oven and a wood-burning barbecue. The kitchen also has direct outdoor access. A large, mirrored door on the right of the entrance leads down to the unique basement with a garage, a storage space for wood and a fitness room with a treadmill, exercise bike, rowing machine and a bathroom with shower.
From the living room, an elegant staircase with a wrought-iron railing leads to the first floor with three double bedrooms, each with a balcony overlooking the lake and air conditioning, and two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub/shower box and a balcony.
The staircase then leads up to an elegant tower/terrace with a great view of the lake and two comfy sunbeds.

Villa il Mandorlo is in Passignano sul Trasimeno, one of the main towns on the northern side of Lake Trasimeno, the largest lake in central Italy. The property boasts a great view of the lake and is a calm, private position, perfect for those looking to relax in nature or enjoy sport activities.

Passignano sul Trasimeno is on a small hill on the northern side of the lake which shares its name, surrounded by green hills. It is close to the main road between Umbria and Tuscany. Originally a fishing town, there is a marvellous combination of nature, art and tradition. The medieval fortress boasts a great 360-degree view of the lake and surrounding hills. The Passignano lakeside offers many leisurely activites, while the surrounding hills are perfect for hiking and admiring the lake from above in all its beauty. The various ferry boats make it easy to visit the lake’s islands. Passignano is also perfect for discovering the Strada del Vino Colli del Trasimeno with free wine tastiings and the Trasimeno Wine Tour with visits to the local wine cellars.
We all suggest visiting the nearby Castiglione del Lago, one of the most beautiful hamlets in Italy, Tuoro sul Trasimeno, Umbertide and Lisciano Niccone.
