Il Mulino di Marena is a two-story house with a large terrace in San Siro. Being in a raised position, it remains out of the town center and the chaos of the main road, allowing you to enjoy a beautiful view over the lake.



In less than 2 km you can still reach the lakefront and all the services you need (supermarket, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, bank).



The terrace accessible from the living room is very large and is equipped with a table for six people, two deck chairs and an umbrella: it will surely be the part you will enjoy the most about this house!



You can choose whether to spend your holiday always out and about to discover every corner of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains, or to alternate it with days of complete relax, lounging on the terrace!



The accommodation has a complete kitchen with hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, espresso machine, American coffee machine and electric kettle;



To complete the living area we find a dining table for 6 people, a sofa bed and a TV.



The bedrooms are located on the upper floor, reached by a spiral staircase. The main bedroom has a double bed, two bedside tables and a large wardrobe, while the second has a bunk bed and chests of drawers in which you can store all your clothes.



The bathroom, also on the second floor, has a shower with shower cubicle, sink, toilet and bidet.



Under the house there is a garage, even if its entrance is not large enough to allow all cars to get it, you can easily use it to store motorcycles, bicycles or anything else that you need!

Just outside the garage there is still enough space to leave your car, without having to go and look for a parking space every time you come back home!



Upon your arrival you will find all the necessary linen for the beds and towels for the bathroom.



Don\'t worry if you run out of clothes or spill something on your favorite shirt. We have a washing machine ready to solve the problem!
