Villa Jomar consists of two double bedrooms and a single bedroom, two bathrooms, one of them en suite, kitchen, living room, barbecue, private pool, games area, laundry room and Wifi. It also has private parking within the property.



You enter the villa through the outdoor pool area until you reach the main door that leads to the entrance of the villa. Upon entering Jomar we find the spacious and beautiful living-dining room. The living room is equipped with a flat-screen digital satellite TV, a comfortable sofa and a table and six chairs for diners, and air conditioning. From the living room we have direct access to the covered terrace that offers very beautiful views of the pool. To the right of the living-dining room is the fully equipped kitchen, also with views of the pool area. It has a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all the necessary kitchen utensils.



Next, we find the hallway where the rest of the rooms are located. The first double room has two single beds and is equipped with a good closet to store clothes. The next bedroom is equipped with a single bed and a wardrobe. Between these two rooms, we find the bathroom, fully equipped with a shower and hairdryer. Finally, the master bedroom, which is located at the end of the hallway, consists of a double bed, a large closet, air conditioning and a full en-suite bathroom. This is equipped with a shower tray and hairdryer.



The exterior of the house has a beautiful and modern pool surrounded by hammocks, an area to enjoy the outdoors with an outdoor table and chairs for all diners, next to it there is a chill-out to relax and read a book while you enjoy the sunset and also in the back terrace we can find the playground area, equipped with a table tennis, a playhouse and a slide for small children.



Villa Jomar is equipped with a safe, WiFi, air conditioning in the main room and living room, satellite television, two hair dryers, smoke detector, fire extinguisher as well as all the mandatory equipment according to current legislation. It also has a private parking space. Simply a spectacular family villa close to all the amenities that the Cala Galdana resort offers.



All bed linen and one set of bath towels per person is included in the price. A change of all used towels is provided on weekdays and sheets are changed every 7 days and cleaning is done.

HOW TO ARRIVE



from the Airport o Puerto de Mahón (35min):

1.Take the General Highway (Me-1) towards Ferreries, at the height of this town, after a small tunnel, you will find a roundabout where you have to take the third exit towards Cala Galdana (Me-22)

2.After 7 km, a roundabout will welcome you to Cala Galdana.

3.You have to take the second exit and our office is located at the entrance, where it will generally be the meeting point with the host.

4.Take the third exit from the roundabout and get to Avinguda de sa Punta street nº 37A, which is where the villa is located.



From the Port of Ciutadella (25min):



1.Take the General Highway (Me-1) towards Ferreries, at the height of this town you will find a roundabout where you have to take the second exit towards Cala Galdana (Me-22)
