Villa Grillo was built in the mid 1600's and is situated a short distance from the local town, the mountains and the local river. The villa is surrounded by nature. Much care and attention to detail was put into the restoration and conversion of the villa making it, an ideal place for a holiday home. The villa offers a private swimming pool and the location is perfect for reaching the many towns of Tuscany.

The villa has a beautiful swimming pool equipped with deckchairs, sun-umbrellas and a little space for children, with lovely views over the Tuscan countryside. Next to the pool, there are an external shower and a dressing room. Guests can enjoy dining al-fresco under the wooden gazebo with the table, chairs and barbeque.

The furnishings are of good standard keeping the country style of the villa with terracotta floor tiles and beamed ceilings.

The entrance is on the ground floor, where you will find the living room with one double sofa bed, TV and a large central fire place, kitchen decorated in local stone (equipped with oven, stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher), one bathroom with shower.

Wooden stairs to the first floor with two double bedrooms (one with a single sofa bed) and one bedroom with bunk beds, one bathroom with shower.

The owners are situated nearby and are available to offer any local advice required. Parking is close to the villa.
