You are just 50 minutes from the Versilia coast,

surrounded by the Apennine mountains, ideal for walks through forests, rivers, and waterfalls.

The villa features 4 bedrooms for up to 10 guests, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a traditional fireplace, a laundry room, 3 bathrooms with showers and one with a hydromassage bathtub, and a covered terrace offering a breathtaking panoramic view.

By car: From the Florence–Mare motorway, exit at Capannori or Lucca and follow the signs to Castelnuovo di Garfagnana.



By train: From Barga–Gallicano station (Pisa–Lucca–Aulla line), the villa is about 3 km away.

By plane: Pisa Airport, with car rental services, is less than two hours’ drive.
