Welcome to our two-bedroom apartment. Located in the vibrant Lapad neighborhood, the apartment is surrounded by stunning beaches, a picturesque promenade, and a variety of cafes and restaurants. It’s also the ideal spot to witness Dubrovnik's most famous and breathtaking sunsets. The Old Town is just a 20-minute walk away, or you can hop on one of the many nearby bus routes for easy access to other parts of the city.
It is two bedrooms apartment; two single beds and a double bed., a private bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Step out onto the small balcony and take in the beautiful views, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Dubrovnik.
Additional apartment equipment include a TV, a shower head, a hair dryer... (bed linen and towels are included)
Parking space is included on request.


The aprtment is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood a few minutes away (walking distance) from Uvala Lapad, which is a walkway that connects the beach with the main traffic roads filled with cafes, restaurants (great for date night) and playgrounds (perfect for families with children). There are multiple beaches less than 20 minutes away (walking distance).
Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility but now it is becoming the biggest residential part of Dubrovnik. The majority of hotels and villas are situated in this part of Dubrovnik.
Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets. Not so crowded as in the Old Town but only 10 min away by a local bus it represents the perfect place to stay (from the accommodation, a super market 100 meters away and a bus stop 150 meters away for a bus that goes directly to the Old City center.)

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

We loved the location which was in a quiet area but close to the beach, restaurants, shops and the bus stop. The apartment was clean and tidy. But the best part was the beautiful view from the large terrace. Our family really loved the city and place and hope to get back there soon. Martina was very helpful and ensured that everything was in order and made our stay very relaxing and easy knowing we could reach out at any time. One of our best travel experience we’ve had!

Extraordinary journey!

Blagoje who was our host for the week was very friendly and helpful, he also offered a transfer back to the airport which was much appreciated. Everything was as described and very clean, in a great location. Everything was 5 stars however we had no hot water for most of the week therefore had to take very cold showers, I don’t know if this was a problem in the area or just in the property. Overall pleased.

Apartament bardzo czysty. Kilka minut do plaży i restauracji. Sklepy i komunikacja miejska również blisko. Obsługa bardzo pomocna -nie było problemu żeby zameldować się w nocy, a także zostawić walizki przed odlotem .

Wspaniały długi weekend w pięknym miejscu.

Bardzo wygodne mieszkanko dla 4 osób, w pieknej lokalizacji, z widokiem z dużego balkonu na góry, morze i nadmorską część Dubrownika. Właściciel czekał na nas (mieszka obok) i wszystko pokazał. Udostępnił nam mieszkanie od wczesnego rana, bo taki mieliśmy transport, choć doba zaczyna się po południu. Ogólnie był bardzo pomocny. Cytryny z podwórka - coś czego w naszym kraju nie uświadczysz. Bardzo czysto. Wszystkie niezbędne do życia sprzęty. Cicha, spokojna uliczka a obok promenada z knajpkami i innymi atrakcjami. Zdecydowanie polecam Fish Bar El Pulpo, kilka kroków od promenady (taniej i smaczniej niż na promenadzie).

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Emplacement près de la plage Sunset beach. Le garage est très pratique pour une petite voiture. Pour visiter Dubrovnik, l’arrêt du bus #6 n’est pas très loin (mais souvent bondé): le bus amène devant la vielle ville en 15-20 minutes. L’appartement est très bien, la terrasse superbe est surtout utilisable en soirée (trop chaud à midi). Bon confort

Great stay!

Dejligt sted med gode muligheder. Sunset Bech syntes vi er den bedste strand bare 5 min fra lejligheden. For enden af vejen kunne man tage bussen direkte til den gamle by, turen tager ca 15 min.,eneste minus er at den er overfyldt.
