Two of them are equipped with twin beds, while the remaining two bedrooms feature double beds, one of which en-suite with bath and shower. On this floor, there are also 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room with a large sofa and a television. Finally, the fully equipped kitchen provides all the utensils and materials necessary for meal preparation, complemented by a spacious dining table that comfortably accommodates the entire group.
Moving to the 1st floor, you will discover the remaining 3 bedrooms. Two of them with two single beds each, and the other with a double bed and a private bathroom with shower. Also on this floor, you will be able to find an additional bathroom with bath and shower and a game room with a snooker table and a television, offering entertainment for all.
The fantastic exterior of the villa includes a swimming pool and garden area, as well as 2 outdoor showers, a brick barbecue, and a dining table with chairs, perfect for meals with family and friends overlooking the pool. Additionally, there's a foosball table and a ping-pong table for added entertainment.
The entire house is equipped with air conditioning, and there is parking space for one car. This luxurious villa offers a complete and comfortable setting for a memorable vacation experience.
The changeover day for this property is on Saturday (however, this may be flexible in low season).
