Lido Beach

This was a great location across the street from the beach ; plus, it had a beautiful heated pool. Our unit was very clean and was nicely decorated in a beach theme.

Great location & pool but needs updates!!

What this place has going for it is, location & the pool. The owner was nice to work with too. Otherwise, needs some major updating. Air conditioner outside of the room was rusty. The kitchen needs TLC. Microwave very small and some rust in the inside. Small refrigerator was very discolored and looked dirty, maybe just needs a coat of paint. Scratched pans need to be replaced. This unit would be ok for a few days, but for an extended period, would not recommend.

Sleep

The sofa bed mattress was horrible. Could not sleep on it because the springs & metal bars protruded through the worn mattress. The tv in the master bedroom did not work. I go to sleep with tv.

Great Location - nice complex

The apartment is in a great location, across the street from beach, short walk to St Armands Circle, bus stop right outside the apartment making an easy ride into Sarasota. Owner was easy to work with. We had a few issues but she took care of them. The complex has a very nice pool area with plenty of lounge chairs and tables to sit by. It is very clean and well maintained. The apartment is bright and a good layout. The kitchen is well equipped to cook meals, plenty of dishes and pots and pans. There are plenty of towels, beach chairs and beach towels, even beach toys and coolers. Furniture is adequate but well used. Apartment could use a little updating. Internet inside apartment worked well. Would stay here again.

The Dorset

We love the location of The Dorset. Over all facility is well maintained. As for our unit. The bed was very nice. All other furnishings need update. The housecleaning needs improved. Every shelve was extremely dusty, and when I plugged in my phone, the wall between the headboard was unbelievable filthy. Very clean pool, and kid friendly. Many area attractions.

Great place across the street from the Lido Beach Pavillion

Nice, clean little apartment, perfect for the grandchild who loved going from the beach to the pool. Would definitely stay there again.

Beach was beautiful and very convenient walk out the door and across the street is the beach. A little disappointed on the unit. WiFi not working air conditioner was not working properly and there was a musty smell in unit. I don’t think I am to picky but those were my concerns
