– on the ground floor: one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, served by a full bathroom;
– on the upper floor: a master double suite with private bathroom and a sea-view terrace. Each bedroom features spacious wardrobes and a pleasant view of the surrounding landscape.

The private garden, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, includes a private outdoor pool with sunbathing area, loungers and an outdoor shower. The covered veranda, furnished for outdoor dining, is perfect for relaxing moments in complete privacy. All outdoor spaces are designed to blend harmoniously with the natural environment.

• A security deposit is required upon arrival and will be pre-authorised on the guest’s credit card (card must be physically present).
• The amount will be automatically released at the end of the stay (release time depends on your bank).
• In the event of damage or rule violations, a portion of the deposit may be retained to cover the costs.

• Online check-in is required after booking (upload of documents and selfies for all guests).
• Your data will be handled in compliance with GDPR regulations.
• A tourist rental agreement must be signed. The contract is in Italian, and a courtesy English version will be provided before arrival.

Keys and documents are handed over at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

A door-to-door waste collection system is in place. Please dispose of all rubbish correctly before departure.
