The Space:

This spacious villa is superbly located close to numerous supermarkets, bars, restaurants, parks and entertainment but at the same time secluded and secure. It offers 3 levels with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, large garden perfect for BBQ. You will love the fantastic views of the pool and sea from the lounge terrace. Entering the main door you will find yourself on the main floor with a bright fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for 6 people and a living room with flat screen TV and fireplace. From the living room you access the generously sized terrace with covered lounge area. Relax with a glass of wine or a meal with your friends and family and enjoy the fantastic view of the pool and the sea. The guest bathroom is also available on this floor. On the middle level you will find three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, ensuite bathroom, large wardrobe, pool view from the windows and free space where you can start your day with some morning exercises while enjoying the tranquility and sunlight. The other two bedrooms offer a king size bed and two single beds. In addition, there is a shared bathroom with a shower. All bedrooms on this level have built-in wardrobes. On the ground floor there is a separate studio with its own fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom with a double bed. The lounge area has a sofa that opens into a bed for 1 person and a flat screen TV. Air conditioning in the living room, the master bedroom and the study on the lower level. Both kitchens are equipped with all the necessary cutlery and dishes, refrigerator, microwave and stove. The kitchen on the main floor also has an oven, dishwasher and coffee maker. Downstairs you have a washing machine. The pool area, currently unavailable, has a dining area for 4 people, sun loungers and a gazebo covered with curly ivy perfect for barbecue.
