It’s wonderful to know the location worked so well for visiting the main strip in Pigeon Forge. We’re truly sorry, however, for the comfort issues you experienced with the temperature differences between floors, as well as the mattress. We understand how important it is to rest well on vacation, and we regret that this impacted your stay. Please know we will be reviewing the HVAC balance and mattress quality to ensure they meet our standards. Your comments regarding cobwebs and cleaning details have also been shared with our housekeeping team for immediate attention.
