The Space:

Villa Palmeral is a spacious Mallorcan country house situated in the peaceful countryside near Petra. Set within an impressive 15,000 m² landscaped garden, the villa combines traditional island character with modern comforts and accommodates up to 12 guests.



The house has six comfortable double bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom. This arrangement offers all guests a high level of comfort and privacy.



The spacious open-plan living and dining room includes a large table for 12 guests and two comfortable sofa areas. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals together.



Air conditioning is available throughout the villa. Complimentary Wi-Fi and satellite television provide entertainment and connectivity during the stay.



Outside, the private chlorinated swimming pool measures approximately 12 × 8 metres and is up to 1.7 metres deep. It also includes a separate shallow children’s area. Children must nevertheless remain under constant adult supervision around the pool.



The extensive garden features lawns, terraces and a wide variety of Mediterranean plants. The pool area is furnished with 14 sun loungers, while an outdoor shower is available beside the pool.



The covered terrace provides ample space for dining and relaxing outdoors. A brick barbecue is also available for preparing meals with family and friends.
