Villa Caterina by Villa Plus

Perched in a prime position in Son Bou, Villa Caterina affords stunning views across the Mediterranean. You’ll be just a leisurely 5 minute downhill stroll to the beach and the heart of the resort, with its inviting array of eateries and shops. Inside, the villa offers 4 comfortable bedrooms and a bright living area that opens out onto a terrace, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the views. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the lounge and bedrooms are included.

Villa Caterina is well located in Son Bou, with the beach and the resort center, offering a selection of shops and restaurants, just a 5 minute downhill walk away. For a change of pace, the traditional town of Alaior is a 10 minute drive from the villa, where you’ll find a choice of tapas bars, cafes and larger supermarkets set among traditional streets.

Main pool: 7 x 4 mtr, 0.8 - 1.9 mtr depth.

Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.20 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
