This is such a wonderful and comfortable house to stay in. It's our second stay, and we will certainly come back here again the next time we are in Salt Lake. The house is large, spacious, clean, and well-appointed, and makes for such a great base to come back and relax in after outdoor activities in the mountains. We had family ranging from age 11 to 79 staying here, and they all really enjoyed themselves. Definitely a place to keep coming back to, highly recommend!!

An absolute best stay

This place was amazing. The host offered snacks, waters in the fridg, linen sheets, the best towels, clean beyond any place weve visited. I was so impressed with the decor and layout. We hope to be back in the fall.

Everything was amazing. Several amenities provided: toilet paper, snacks, laundry stuff, etc. We didn’t need to purchase a thing for our 7 day stay!!! Sausha was amazing! I would definitely stay here again! Owner shows pride in her condo!!!!

Our family spent a week here skiing the moutains of Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. The location was great and the property was fabulous - spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated and well appointed. We would definitely visit again.

Stop searching and BOOK NOW before someone beats you to it! I was filled with anxiety wondering whether I’d be able to pull off Thanksgiving away from home. We have many food allergies and dietary lifestyles to navigate. Result, It was a breeze!! This home is spectacular! Photos are great but in person even better. Way above ANY vacation home we have stayed in. Spotlessly clean, think luxury and high quality throughout the home from furniture, decor, serve ware, glasses, mugs, bedding, towels, toiletries etc. FABULOUS! Sausha was very responsive to questions and went over and above to find answers to my questions… Where to buy top notch vegan bakery treats (try Eats Bakery & Coffee) who has the best vegan artisan bread (Leavity Bread - so good). She sent links, maps whatever was needed/asked for.She provided a snack tray (terrific treat as we arrived late) and waters in the fridge was a lovely gesture too.We appreciated the clear check in/check out instructions also. Makes transitions easy.Only problem: we had to go home! Seriously, so hard to leave. We can’t wait to come back.Although we weren’t able to fit skiing in this trip, I can’t imagine a better location.Book now to avoid missing the most luxurious rental.Tip: Restaurants to try: Takashi Sushi, downtown SLC, Slack Water Pub & Pizzeria, Sandy, Cultivate Craft Kitchen, Draper, Eats Bakery & Coffee (you won’t know it’s vegan!), Alpha Coffee (walkable from home) - I’m sure I’ve missed more must try’s.

Ski vacation

The property was perfect. It’s even better than the photos. Every detail was thought of. The location was great for skiing at Alta and Brighton, also close to the airport and restaurants. The property owner was so accommodating and responsive. We will definitely stay here again next year.

Better than expected! Location and accommodations top notch!

We were in town for spring break to go skiing. Staying at the base of the canyons was perfect! We had four skiers and one non-skier. The decor was so beautiful hanging out at the condo was lovely beautiful views of the mountain out the windows and the kitchen was stocked well for cooking meals in even down to the nice snack tray for grabbing those snacks on the way to the slopes. We did have some issues with the AC wall controller not working properly and the maintenance guy was fantastic and came right away and fixed it. The owner was super responsive and we will definitely stay here again! Make sure to check out the rooftop so beautiful on a sunny day. Only thing we wished it had was a hot tub.

Vacation Race

I was visiting the Salt Lake City area to run in the Big Cottonwood Canyon 1/2 marathon. This property was perfect for me, my husband, & our 15 year old son. VERY clean! Plenty of restaurant & grocery options nearby. We visited Antelope Island, Park City, and Snowbird ski resort while we were there and all of them were within reasonable driving distance from the property. Highly recommend!

Roomy and luxurious stay

Totally enjoyed our stay after driving cooped up in our car and trailer from Florida. Enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and the upstairs sunsets were great on the deck. Beds were super comfy and enjoyed the extra treats watching tv with the family. Easy check in and out. There are lots of stairs so make sure everyone can handle several flights. Beautiful mountain view and easy access to get gas or stock supplies. Thanks so much for a relaxing stay in Utah. Can't wait to visit again!

Great condo with top of line appliances and outstanding kitchen. Tv in all rooms. Mountain View and easy access to surrounding area. Very comfortable. Would rent again if in the area. One should know, however, the condo is 4 floors with lots of steps.

Excellent Experience!!!

Wow!! What a lovely property. Amazing location, easy access to airport, downtown and ski areas. The attention to detail is really what made our stay outstanding. Luxury linens, tastefully decorated and the layout of the home is extremely thoughtful, allowing a large living space for all to come together and plenty of privacy for rest and relaxation. The top floor opens to a rooftop patio with scenic views of the city and the beautiful Wasatch Mountains. We enjoyed every sunrise and sunset from this little oasis. The unexpected was a well stocked fridge and pantry, including a selection of local beverages, coffee and snacks. The staff was super responsive when we couldn't figure out the cable, but really everything was so well organized and thought out we had all we needed to enjoy our stay without the need to contact anyone about small details of the house. Overall, If I could rate this 10 stars..I would. It was just that perfect :)

Home Away From Home

The townhome was exactly like the photos, extremely clean and exceptionally decorated. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. It was a reunion of my husband’s two brothers and sister-n-law. We each had our own room and en-suite bathroom. There was an additional 1/2 bath near the living room and a 1/2 bath on the top floor where the roof top patio was located so you didn’t have to go too far. The kitchen has every imaginable cooking appliance, utensil, machine which we hadn’t anticipated using, but because it was so convenient, we had multiple meals in and had so much more fun together. The beds were luxuriously comfortable with Tempurpedic like mattresses and a plethora of fluffy, huge towels. I am a very meticulous guest and it is hard for me to get comfortable anywhere that is not home, but I felt as if I was at home and was able to relax as everything was as Sausha said and she thinks of everything. If you need anything she is a text/call away. Our family is already planning our next trip to stay there.

Beautiful condo, amazing stay

We had an excellent stay - the property was beautiful and immaculately clean, all the details were thought of. Our host was very communicative and helpful. The location was perfect, we really enjoyed the area. Really could not have asked for a better stay, we hope to stay here again in the future!

Best Rental Experience Ever!

Our stay and experience could not have been better! Sausha was wonderfulin her communication and check in was a breeze. The property itself was just spotless and beautiful- the photos do not do it justice. Everything in the house is upgraded - from the Crate and Barrel dinnerware to the amazingly soft and cozy linens. Sausha has thought of everything to make the stay comfortable and it truly shows and makes all the difference. She had a lovely assortment of snacks arranged, including organic treats for our little one. My family and I stayed for a wedding in the mountains, so the location was perfect! It is also right next to the adorable Sugar House neighborhood, close to many amazing restaurants, and you even have a coffee shop to walk to at the end of the block. Another review mentioned this should be the role model for all rentals and I have to 100% agree. This was by far our best rental experience on any site and made our trip so enjoyable. Next time we are in the area, we will be back!
