The space also integrates the dining area, with an elegant table in neutral colours with space for eight diners and a striking designer lamp that stands out as a focal point.
The grand American kitchen, strategically separated from the rest of the living room by decorative columns, is equipped with high-end appliances and an elegant central island that invite you to enjoy it at any time of the day.
The three bedrooms are designed and decorated to ensure maximum comfort. The master bedroom has a comfortable and spacious double bed; the second bedroom has a trundle bed, which allows enjoying the space according to the guests' needs and comfort: while the third has two comfortable single beds.
The apartment has two modern bathrooms with a shower, one inside the main bedroom and the second between the other two bedrooms. Additionally, there is a bathroom for the convenience of our guests.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.
Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The registration process involves mandatory online registration of each guest, before accessing the apartment. Please note that check-in after the usual hours, from 21:00 to 02:00, entails a supplement of 50 EUR, which must be paid in cash.

Access to the apartment: This apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL, with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any
