Spanish Steps Delight is a newly renovated apartment with attention to detail. Modern and elegant furnishings, fine finishes and design give elegance to all rooms. Central neighborhood, a few steps from the Spanish Steps, it will be the perfect place to spend your vacation in the Eternal City.

The apartment consists of 2 very spacious bedrooms, a living room with comfortable double sofa bed, two bathrooms with shower, kitchen and small terrace. It can comfortably accommodate 6 people.

Beautiful apartment! We were close to many tourist spots and restaurants. The AC works great...too great! We could not warm it up as the batteries were dead in the controller and we were not given new ones for a day. Other than that, I would highly recommend this place!

Super friendly check in, good location, lots of space for 6 of us adults, modern and clean, small outdoor space was a nice bonus. Would definitely recommend.

Great Place and Highly Recommended!

A wonderful place! Very clean and great location! Matteo was great with communicating as we struggled with our travel plans. Everything was as described. Highly recommend!

The location of the flat was perfect and the layout of the flat was good but it was extremely dirty. No WiFi for days and no supplies left.

Great Location

Dark bedrooms with wall units for air. The patio has doors to kitchen and a bedroom. Perfect seating area in the afternoon to relax. FIRM on the 10am checkout.

The pictures were somewhat accurate. The apartment needs a deep cleaning, cobwebs on the ceilings and the showers need a good scrubbing. Both shower doors do not keep the water in and the shower drains need to be fixed. We had a flood in both bathrooms. We texted that we had an issue and they asked if the maintenance team can stop by, we were in town for 2 nights and i didn't want a strange person in the apartment without us. Lucky that we had an additional towel set for the couch. The apartment has a good setup, it just needs to be maintianed.
