良かった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション
We had three main requirements when staying in Rome: 1) a property close to the Colosseum; 2) a clean and spacious property; and 3) a property with Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Unfortunately, the air conditioning requirement was not met throughout our entire stay (two separate bookings in one week – June 10th – June 14th and June 16th – June 18th). We reached out to the property management a few hours after our arrival on June 10th and they told us someone would come up to fix all 4 air conditioning units but the later, they told us the fixing would take additional time and they would not be able to fix them during our fist stay but the units would be fixed for our second stay and they offered a 30% refund. We asked for 50% since having a property with air conditioning was a must when we booked this property and that was what they advertised. They refused and said 30% was their “standard” refund policy for this type of issue. To our surprise, when we came in for our second stay, all 4 air conditioning units were still not working. In summary, the location was great, the property was spacious and clean, management was available right away but if you are looking for a property with air conditioning in Rome during the summer months this may not be the right property for you even if they tell you the air conditioning units will be eventually fixed.
