「リーフ」は、キスティにあるバジャー・アイランド・マリーナに新しく建設された50インチのハウスボートで、ピスカタワー川にあります。

ハウスボートには、両方の寝室にクイーンベッドと引き出しソファがあります。メインバスにはシャワーとヘッドとシンクがあり、マスターバスにはヘッドとシンクがあります。 Galleyには、冷蔵庫、シンク、コンロ、Keurigコーヒーメーカー、トースター、鍋、フライパン、食器類/食器セットがあります。

また、ギャレーには、4人用の座席と2人用の座席を持つバーテンがあります。

サロン内には、クイーン引き出しソファ、32インチフラットスクリーンテレビ、ブルートゥーススピーカーがあります。

ハウスボートの上には美しい外甲板があり、川の景色を楽しむことができます。パティオのテーブルで食事を楽しむこともできます。

マリーナの敷地内には、フルバスルーム2室、バスルーム1室、コイン式の洗濯機と乾燥機を備えた洗面所があります。

マリーナの桟橋にはフルサイズのグリル、ピクニックテーブル、Adirondackチェアなどがあります。

It was a wonderful stay on the Reef. We loved sitting on the top deck watching boats go by. Very clean, we may make this a yearly stop for my birthday.

Great location, perfect little spot!

Extremely comfy bright and clean stay in a fabulous location. Loved being able to walk to everything! The houseboat was a perfect spot for 4 of us (2 adults, 2 teens). Would absolutely stay again

The Reef

This is our second time on the Reef and it was perfect! Beautiful accommodations and a stunning view. Couldn’t have been easier, we will be back next summer!

Great place

Staying on the boat is extremely enjoyable, marina is well maintained, personal are knowledgeable and friendly. Portsmouth and Kittery have the best of everything restaurants , shopping etc. Rye beach and York Beach a short drive away. We will be back.

Memorial Day weekend

The boat is perfect. I booked the houseboat for my father and I. Just a little weekend fun trip. It’s close to everything. Beds are comfortable and very quiet at night. Would definitely stay again!

Kittery Houseboat

The houseboat was so charming, very clean and just so much fun to spend time on. It included amenities that were above and beyond. Quality beds, bedding, linens, and several other perks. We will definitely be back!

Houseboat Heaven!

My kids, husband and I loved staying here. The boat was very clean and comfortable, plenty of space for the 4 of us. The location can’t be beat. Sitting on the top deck in the evening was lovely. The Badger Island Marina staff are beyond friendly and wonderful. We loved every single thing about our stay.

A delight in every way.

Wonderful

We had perfect week visiting Portsmouth NH. and Kittery Me. Great restaurants, all the very nice shops with all types ot merchandise. We also visited some local historical attractions.

Excellent Experience

We could not have been more pleased with our stay at the Reef. The houseboat was amazing; it was clean, spacious and well furnished. The time spent on the top deck was splendid. The location is perfect being close to both Kittery and Portsmouth. We are already talking about our next stay in the future.

Wonderful boathouse - the Reef

Wonderful experience on The Reef! Location was amazing, houseboat was beyond my expectations, gorgeous views, exceptionally clean, and great communication with property manager. Only negative was that our two night stay was too short! Will most definitely be back. A++++

A special spot

The Reef houseboat is a really special experience. Perfectly situated with stunning views of Portsmouth and the Piscataqua river. Spotlessly, clean, very comfortably appointed (good bed linens!), and enhanced by the gentle rocking of the tidal current and the lovely deck above. The only snag was that the living room was described as having a pull out sofa, which it does not. Two beds were very comfortable, and an excellent shower given that it’s a boat! We look forward to a chance to stay again.

Perfect location.

Clean, updated and had everything one needs for a week away. The location was in easy walking distance to Pourtsmouth and the marina was lovely. I was not excited that my husband booked this boat but I was pleasantly surprised. I expected it would be a step above camping but it was better than many hotels and had plenty of hot water for a nice shower. The views of the passing boats and downtown Portsmouth were just awesome. Hope to be back again one day.

The boat was fully equipped with everything that is needed for a weekend event. Loved the area for our first time house boat experience. We had a problem with the electricity and heat which required us to reach out to the emergency text number that was provided. No one got back to us so the night and morning was a bit chilly. The overall experience, we will return!!
