Little unconviniency

1)gavage disposers in sink out of order. 2)2nd stares kids were noisy I hope render has kids, assign then in 1st floor. In total, secure, quiet and comfortable apartments.

We really enjoyed our stay! Kyla was an AMAZING host, with timely and excellent communication prior to arrival and while we were there. She was super responsive to an issue that arose during our stay and was quick to solution and resolution. She was always warm, friendly, and professional.The unit was exactly as described, with an unbeatable location (e.g., near the airport, studios, Hollywood), excellent amenities, and a clean and open feeling. The back yard was a fabulous place to have breakfast and catch the sunrise among the hummingbirds and mourning doves! Nice to have the peace of mind with the off-street parking as well, although the neighborhood felt totally safe walking to Bob's Big Boy at night for dinner.As others have noted, the beds were a bit soft and some sounds from upstairs can bleed through, but it's to be expected for this charming apartment built in the 40's. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend it!

The place itself is quiet and neighborhood is nice. Host is nice, helpful and quick to communicate. This unit was a BOTTOM FLOOR Unit, ugh but has everything you need to stay. Our biggest issue was the beds, they need SERIOUS updating. Master bed was the better of the 3 options but very soft and you roll to the middle due to lack of support. The couch pull out has got to go. My 10 year old slept here and she doesnt even weigh 100 lbs and the bed was sagging and worn down, we did put the extra mattress from closet on top to give her some support. My 13 year old that weights 110 lbs slept on the air mattress that evidently has a slow leak because by morning she was rolled to the middle nearly touching the ground. For a place meant mainly to sleep in the beds need to be brought up to par.

We had a wonderful experience, stayed there for 4 nights. Very clean, updated property with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Karla responded promptly with some lock code issues we had initially. Whole foods is nearby. Perfect location if you’re planning to visit Universal studios.

Amazing spot in Burbank!!

Convenient and Close to Everything!

We stayed for Spring Break '25 and loved how close we were to Warner Bros. (short walk), Universal, etc. We took an amazing horseback ride on the Hollywood sign mountain too! So much to do and this Vrbo was the perfect location with off street parking and outdoor patio space as well.

Easy check in and check out. Good location to drive around Burbank. Good parking: I was able to fit a Ford Lightning without difficulty. You can also park on the street overnight but must move at 8am. An extra bit of advice that has nothing to do with this property: EV charging in Burbank (and probably everywhere else in big cities) is a major hassle. Long lines at stations. Give yourself 1-2hrs to charge up anytime you need to. Just thought I’d point that out for anyone requiring EV charging as part of their trip.

Another amazing stay

This is our second time staying at this location. I cannot emphasize how amazing the location is, especially if you are visiting Warner Bros., Universal Studios, or Hollywood. The location is extremely quiet and safe, stores and restaurants are close by, and the drive to Universal is less always quick. The apartment is updated and lovely as well.

Excellent property.

Very clean, updated older building, comfortable bed but no box spring. The apartment is well stocked with everything one could possibly need. Parking in the rear is very helpful. Great location. We would definitely stay at this rental. Kyla is very responsive. Thanks for a relaxed setting for our family visit.

Great place, close to lots of things

The host was great at communication the entire stay. We did not need anything extra but if we did, I’m sure she would have been quick to respond! The apartment is a great size, very clean, and in a great location. I would stay here again when I come back to town!

Visiting Family

We have a stayed at this property twice and will continue to use it as our "home" when we come Burbank. It is close to almost all attractions in the LA area (this time we went to Universal Studios and the LA Zoo and both were under 25 minutes away).
