Medzalin double room with balcony and sea view

Looking for an affordable place with amazing views and warm welcome? Then my place is perfect choice for your vacation in beautiful Dubrovnik!
House is situated above Old city with magnificent view over Adriatic sea, Lokrum island and Old city itself.

We have 2 private rooms and this one is with 2 twin beds pushed together. You wish beds to be separated please let me know in advance.
Private room also has furnished balcony with one of the best views in the city... you will enjoy your morning coffee or tea looking at the Old city, sea and Lokrum island.
There is also private bathroom with shower and toiletries. Room also provides refrigerator and flat screen TV which can be connected on Internet.

You also have access to shared, fully equipped kitchen and dining area and to shared terrace with sea view. Please note that it is shared with only one more room. Kitchen provides everything you might need to prepare perfect mails such as stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, water kettle and utensils.
You also have possibility to arrange breakfast, please note that it is not calculated in the price. If you are interested in arranging breakfast please send me an inquiry and I will make an offer. You can also arrange it directly with us when you arrive but please note that in that case there will be additional charge in cash. For breakfast we provide following: brad, jam, butter, omellete, seasonal fruit, tea, coffee.

Parking fee: 10€ per day
Payment: in cash upon arrival
Reservation in advance not needed but we would appreciate if you would let us know if you'll need parking space.
Please note that street to us is little narrow. I recommend to leave car parked and walk to the Old city. Since there are lot of steps on your way back I recommend to use Taxi or Uber unless you are in a good shape. Trust me, it is worth for the view.

This is our guests' favorite part of Dubrovnik, according to independent reviews. It has good connectivity with Old Town, bus no 4 drives directly to the Pile Gate entrance to the Old City.

We loved our stay at Guest House Medzalin. Vlaho our host was amazing and very welcoming. The location was perfect with a brilliant view over Old Town and the Adriatic. We were close enough to Old Town to explore the sights but away from the hustle and bustle to have a relaxing stay. Access up to the Mt Srd trail and down to the Gondola was also only a 5 minute walk away.

What a view! Great to wake up to and great sitting on the balcony at the end of the night. A friendly family run guesthouse 10 mins walk to the old town. Simple but comfortable rooms. A fresh and plentiful breakfast sat on the terrace. Parking is a little tricky getting in and out but secure.

Friendly and helpful owners that were great communicators. Place is clean, updated, and pleasant. Has a nice sized fridge in the room. Bathroom is nice sized, clean, updated. Private parking spot was great to have. 10min downhill walk into the old town. The best view of the old town right at your balcony!! Would definitely recommend!
