Apartment Precious View is situated only 400 m from the popular Saint Jacob beach and about 1.7 km from Dubrovnik's historic Old Town.

Apartment Precious View comes with a private loggia that offers beautiful views of the Adriatic sea and Old Town.

Luggage storage is possible prior to check in and after check out, so you can explore the city a little more before your departure.

This One Bedroom Apartment With Loggia and Sea View features WiFi, air-conditioning and flat-screen SAT TV. Kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, water kettle, toaster and dishwasher. Bathroom includes a shower cabin, washing machine and a hair dryer. Loggia that offers beautiful views of the Adriatic sea and Old Town is a perfect spot for breakfast.

Guests can explore sights such as the City Walls, Stradun, Rector's Palace and many more that this UNESCO heritage site offers or relax at one of the many cafes and restaurants. Nature reserve Lokrum Island is another must see with beautiful botanical gardens, untouched beaches and historic monuments. Grocery stores, restaurants, bars and cafes can be found in the area, as well as bakeries and ATM's.

Dubrovnik Main Bus Station and Ferry Port are 5 km away, while Dubrovnik Airport is 18 km away.
