Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place in Hunstanton adjacent to the beautiful Boston Sensory Garden perfect for soaking the sun or having a picnic

We have completed a full renovation to create a beautiful, spacious and luxurious apartment perfect to call a home from home for your vacation or business travel.

The apartment has spacious fully equipped open plan kitchen, dining and living with beautiful curtains offering privacy, 2 double bedrooms with 2 en-suites main bathroom sleeping 6 people perfect for gathering around. Enjoy the lovely courtyard patio with lounging furniture

We are located within 2 minutes walking to the high street where you will find bars and restaurants and 5 minute walking to the beach and promenade. You can access other beaches with a short car ride such as Heacham, Snettisham, Brancaster, Well next on sea and other places such as the Royal Sandringham Estate which is a 5 minute drive away

We work with a local company and for an additional hire fee, you can have a hot tub for your stay

Beautiful and spacious

The property exceeded our expectations, in terms of the amount of space, the cleanliness, decor and little touches, how peaceful it was and how close it is to the sea. We had a restful stay and will be back again. Lovely host who communicated fully and promptly. stay and wilback again

Beautiful apartment tastefully restored & close to amenities & seafront.

The flat has been lovingly & tastefully restored in keeping with the buildings history & surrounding conservation area. The flat had mostly everything needed to have an enjoyable stay. The listing had a few inaccuracies with regards to the check in/check out times which were different to the confirmed email but not a big deal, there was no washer/dryer in the flat, both bedrooms have a bath with shower over, the listing said "shower only" which unfortunately meant my Mum couldn't use the shower due to mobility issues, the steps to the front door also presented issues as the listing inferred it was wheelchair accessible, maybe a ramp could be made available & we managed though.I have noticed on this sites listing & other sites the accessibility has been updated. The other thing missing was a welcome folder with local information like Dr's numbers,local takeaway services, local bus routes etc. Places of interest. Basic information on how to work the heating etc.would have been useful we had to have someone come out to switch it on. The smart TV was hit & miss, the WiFi was intermittent & the TV kept losing signal saying use mobile frustrating for my 82 year old Mum with no smart phone to stream from, maybe a booster box could be an advantage. Privacy nets or voile panels for the bedrooms would be nice as one of the windows is adjacent to the public pathway & the other overlooked by neighbours. We would recommend though due to the fab location, the layout & decor etc.
