This four-bedroom house in Funchal is the perfect retreat for families and friends looking for a spacious, comfortable vacation home.

Set across three levels, this well-appointed home features modern entertainment amenities, including a video game console, DVD player, and stereo system.

On the main floor, guests can unwind in the open-plan living area with comfortable seating, a high-definition TV, and a pool table. A convenient powder room completes the space, while a charming garden offers outdoor tranquility.

The first floor beckons with a comfortable living room, a plush sofa, a generously sized TV screen, and access to a balcony with comfortable seating areas offering stunning sea views. Adjacent, an inviting dining room boasts a spacious table for six, ideal for family meals and gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen features all the essentials for culinary creations, including a stove, oven, microwave, and necessary cookware and utensils.

For added convenience, the property is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washer, a drying rack, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

Located on the second floor, the four bedrooms offer privacy and ample space for the whole family. Three bedrooms feature double beds, while the fourth boasts two single beds, ensuring comfortable sleeping arrangements for all guests. Additionally, one of the double bedrooms includes a balcony, providing a serene outdoor retreat right from the comfort of your room. Rest assured, all beds are outfitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens for ease.

There is one private bathroom, while the others are shared. All bathrooms are equipped with essential amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

If you are travelling with a baby, a crib is available for your convenience.

The property includes private parking, making it convenient for guests with their vehicles.

The property has stairs that may not be suitable or safe for young children. Adult supervision is required at all times when children are using the stairs.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Santa Maria Maior is a civil parish located in the heart of Funchal, the capital city of Madeira. It is one of Funchal's oldest and most historic districts, known for its charming streets, historic buildings, and vibrant atmosphere.

One of the main attractions in Santa Maria Maior is the Sé Cathedral (Cathedral of Funchal), a beautiful Gothic-style cathedral dating back to the 15th century. The cathedral is one of Madeira's most important religious landmarks and features stunning architectural details, including intricate stonework and beautiful stained glass windows.

The district is also home to several other historic buildings and landmarks, including the Town Hall (Câmara Municipal do Funchal), the Jesuit College of Funchal (Colegio dos Jesuítas), and the São Tiago Fort, which houses the Contemporary Art Museum of Funchal (Museu de Arte Contemporânea do Funchal).

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Antes Rua Louros, is just a 1-minute walk.

Madeira Cristiano Ronaldo Airport is a 17-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 4 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
