Fantastic stay!

We had a wonderful time at Pam's condo! The location and view were exceptional and we were so pleased with how immaculate and well stocked the condo was! Pam was very helpful with an air conditioning issue the first day and took care of us so promptly without missing a beat! Great communication. Calypso's grounds were well kept and the atmosphere was very family friendly! We look forward to staying again in the future!

Excellent property

Pam made the process of booking this property and checking in extremely easy! The condo is spacious, clean and she even has 2 beach chair reserved on the beach for you. We were allowed to use her reserved parking space for which I was very greatful that I didnt have to deal with husssle of finding a space and paying as well!!

Wonderful!

We were very happy with the property and with our hostess. The condo and very well equipped with everything we could need to cook and enjoy the beach. Pam was great about responding to any questions and concerns. Parking was easy and we enjoyed the views of being both poolside and oceanfront. We would definitely stay here again! Loved it!

We had a great experience, absolutely loved the property. We were able to walk everywhere, the view was phenomenal. Loved all the extras, beach chairs, everything you could possibly need for the beach was on hand. We definitely hope to visit this condo again!

Great Condo

Our family had a great time in this condo. The condo was well stocked. The beds were comfortable! Beautiful beach and pools. So many restaurants and activities within walking distance. Pam was great and fast to respond.

Spring Break!

This property was a dream and the view was beautiful! The host, Pam, made our stay so easy and stress free(she’s such a honey).We are thankful for her and her family to share their home with us. Close walking distance to the outdoor mall and short drive to everything else. 10/10 recommend!

Annual Family Gulf Coast Jam Trip

We have been going to the Gulf Coast Jam for several years and the first floor condo and location of the condo were perfect!! Best Condo at The Calypso!!

My family and I have been visiting The Calypso for 10 years and this condo has by-far been our favorite! You can not beat being on the first floor! No elevator waits and easy access to the beach, the pool, and everything else! This condo has absolutely everything you could need! It was very kid friendly and just perfect for our 6 year old and 19 month old. Pam was super nice and easy to work with. The condo was very clean and well maintained. We will definitely be back to stay in 102-E!

Amazing property!

My wife and I and our two young children stayed here for a week in early May 2016. Everything about our stay was fantastic. Before arriving, we were worried about the setup of the condo, given that both or our children take naps during the day. As this is a ground floor unit, we were able to sit by the pool with the baby monitor without hassle. And there's no need to bring any beach toys with you. There are a TON of toys at your disposal in the unit. Additionally, the proximity to Pier Park was an added bonus as it was only a short walk to a nice variety of restaurants and shops. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and can't wait to go back next year!

Calypso 1-102

Great condo! Everything we needed for a beach vacation was there: towels, chairs, floats, boogie boards, sand toys, etc. Jan was right when she told me all we needed to bring was our clothes. So many extras: flashlights, board games, movies, books, cards. Jan responded to all my emails, texts, calls almost immediately, she even texted me on my way to the beach with reminders regarding our codes to the room and garage. We had no problems with the condo or the property. I would definitely rent from Jan again. Thanks for making our vacation fabulous!

short but sweet

Myself and my family checked in, and our kids had us at the beach asap. Our stay was short but loved every min of it up until they closed all the beaches. At that point there wasnt a whole lot to do as everything else was closed or about to shut down. Despite all of it Pam the owner was very understanding and stayed in contact with us everyday and ultimately it came down to us having to come home earlier then planned. We are planning a trip back once all this craziness is over and we will book through pam for sure everytime we go if we can. It was the perfect place to be if everything is open and can enjoy the beach. Cant wait to go back. Thanks again pam!!

Mother / Daughter / Friend Getaway

Cannot say enough good things about our stay in "Beach House on the Moon". The condo met our expectations and more! We found ourselves in surroundings of the utmost comfort and cleanliness. We were most taken with the size of the rooms, including the master suite bath as well as the guest full bath. We also loved the convenience of the private beachside parking and the ground floor unit, as well as the use of "2" beach chairs and umbrellas. Marilyn was truly a joy to rent from. She was prompt in reply and has represented her property just as we found it to be. Actually, it may be even better! Thanks so much for helping us make memories! About 30 years ago my family started to vacation at Panama City Beach. I have so many great childhood memories that include this beach! We started out renting until as an married adult my parents bought their dream condo on the beach. Sadly, my Father soon unexpectedly passed away and my Mom panicked and sold the condo. About a year later my sister found a beautiful place being built and talked my Mom into building and owning with her, right here at Calypso. Since then, My husband and I have been bringing our own children here and making our own beach memories. At the end of 2013 we were finally blessed enough to purchase our own dream condo right here at Calypso. I know my children will be able to create memories here for years to come. I hope that you too will make lasting family memories in BEACH HOUSE ON THE MOON.

HISTORY OF BEACH HOUSE ON THE MOON:
Many years ago a young co-ed named Marilyn fell out of a tree (true story!) at the feet of a handsome guy, who fell hard for HER! To make a long love story short, they married, raised a family, then set their sights on their dream - to own a beach condo. They found exactly what they were looking for in a first floor condo at Calypso...You guessed it, that condo was East 102! Being a dedicated Parrothead, Marilyn happily named their condo 'BEACH HOUSE ON THE MOON' which is described in a Jimmy Buffet song!
Being on the ground level, you really do have the feeling that you are staying in your own private beach house, and you are a very short walk from Margaritaville!!! (And the fabulous Pier Park, of course!) When Marilyn decided to sell her 'Beach House on the Moon', my mom (who owns Calypso West 104 with my sister Kerry) was excited to let me know. My husband said YES, and now my goal is to carry on the tradition of excellence that Marilyn began with her original 'Beach House on the Moon'. I will also keep the name that Marilyn had so appropriately called it when she put her heart and soul (and lots of money) into making it one of the most beautiful and unique condos at Calypso. She also had the foresight to purchase a RESERVED PARKING SPOT IN THE GULFSIDE GARAGE LOCATED RIGHT UNDER THE CONDO ITSELF! You will never spend time going across the street to park your car, or look for a prime parking spot. Yours will be waiting for you every time you need it...No searching, no worry! Isn't that what a vacation is supposed to be? COME TO YOUR OWN LITTLE PIECE OF HEAVEN @ 'BEACH HOUSE ON THE MOON'.
