The pedestrian zone is just 20 meters away, and the center of Montepulciano can be reached in just one minute on foot. The bus stop is 300 meters from the house, and the nearest railway station, Montepulciano Scalo, is 9 km away. There are also several nearby attractions, including Pienza and Cortona, which are both 23 km away, Siena which is 60 km away, Orvieto which is 67 km away, and Montalcino which is 45 km away. The upper floor has an open living/dining room with a flat-screen TV, a double bedroom, and a room with a French bed (140 cm). There is also a separate WC on the lower level.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, and six gas rings. The bathroom has a shower, bidet, and WC. The house has gas heating and natural stone floors. There is also a box-room available for additional storage.

Casa Campau is perfect for families with small children as it provides a children's high chair and a baby cot for up to 2-year-olds. The house also includes a washing machine, iron, and hairdryer. The internet is available for free (WiFi).
