The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine, and it also has an exit to the garden. The villa has a shower/WC on the ground floor. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms, each with a french bed (135 cm) and air conditioning. One of the bedrooms has a private shower/WC, and another has an exit to the balcony. There is also a separate shower/WC on the upper floor.
