On the ground floor, the living and dining room is equipped with a dining table, television, and DVD player, with direct access to the terrace. A first bedroom on this level features 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, accompanied by a full bathroom with bath and WC, and also benefits from direct access to the terrace. The kitchen, which opens onto the garden, is well-appointed and functional. A separate shower room with WC completes the ground floor. On the upper floor, 3 additional bedrooms are available. The first upper-floor bedroom features 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, with a hand-basin. The second upper-floor bedroom also features 1 french bed of the same dimensions, 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, with a hand-basin. The third upper-floor bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, also with a hand-basin. A separate WC serves the upper floor.
