Marina di Campo is a lively town, with all the services and all the conveniences of a small town: supermarket, delicatessens, bakeries, excellent ice cream parlors, bars of all kinds, restaurants and pizzerias for all tastes, pharmacy and parapharmacy, shops and boutiques , newsstands, bookshops and much more. All this is just a stone's throw from the seafront which is closed to traffic in the evening and becomes a walk among stalls selling artisanal products.
And then there is the beach: a kilometer and a half of white sand that slopes gently into the crystal clear sea, perfect for everyone, even for the youngest children who can play safely in the shallow water. Along the entire length of the beach there are numerous establishments and blue points, but also numerous stretches of free beach.
Marina di Campo is the only place on the whole island where you can have all this within walking distance.

The Eden studio apartment is located in an apartment complex in a quiet residential area behind the beach which is only 300 meters away. The town is only 900 meters away, which can be reached with a pleasant flat walk.

Entering the Eden apartment you will find a sleeping area with a double bed and a bathroom with shower; a sliding door and a wardrobe separate this part of the studio apartment from a living area with a double sofa bed and a kitchenette with induction hob. Outside there is a tiled space equipped with table and chairs, ideal for eating in the open air.
