This beautiful villa can be found within walking distance of the centre of Playa Blanca, villa Rotsana offers up to six guests a holiday to remember in this spacious semi-detached property, it has a private swimming pool, hot tub, and coin operated air conditioning, it also has a fabulous Canarian barbeque and an area where family and friends can cook up a feast with enough space for every guest to sit and socialise.
It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, inside and outside dining areas and well-appointed kitchen, the lounge is equipped with satellite television, Wi-Fi, this villa has a lot to offer, to help you make incredible memories in the Lanzarote sunshine.
It has a very spacious terrace area with beautiful gardens and pool terrace, where you will find different areas where you can sit and relax and soak up the sunshine all day long. You are sure to enjoy a peaceful, relaxing holiday in this residential area of Playa Blanca which is just a short walk away from the centre of Playa Blanca. Car hire is useful but not essential at this property.
When you arrive at this property, you will firstly enter into the terrace area of the property via a secure front gate and here you will find the front door to the property.
The front door opens into a small hallway where all 3 bedrooms, family bathroom and the lounge area lead off from.
INTERIOR
Living Room:
The light and airy lounge has a large L shaped leather settee and a chair enabling you to relax and enjoy the 50” flat screen smart TV, IPTV Mag box, supplying BBC/ITV/CH4/CH5, box sets, films, Sky channels and much more you will also have access to Netflix, Amazon Prime and other subscription channels using guests own subscriptions. Sliding Patio doors lead directly out to the pool and sun terraces. The living room area has coin operated air conditioning available for your use.
Dining area
An archway leads off from the lounge area to the dining area where you will find a small dining table with four chairs, and then into the large galley kitchen.
Kitchen:
The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with everything needed for an enjoyable, self-catering stay, including integral dishwasher, oven, hob and large fridge freezer. A door from the kitchen leads to the outside utility area where you will find the washing machine and drying area.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Bedroom 1
When you enter the master bedroom suite from the hallway you will find the fitted wardrobes situated on your right hand side the ensuite shower room to the left and the bedroom straight ahead.
The bedroom has a super-king size bed, chest of drawers, bedside tables with reading lamps, this bedroom has coin operated air conditioning available for your use. Sliding patio doors from this bedroom lead directly out onto the pool and sun terrace.
The ensuite showroom consists of a walk in shower with a single washbasin with vanity mirror and WC.
A hair dryer is available for guests use.
Bedroom 2
This bedroom has a King size bed with bedside tables, reading lamps, wardrobes and a ceiling fan for your use.
Bedroom 3
This bedroom has two single beds with a chest of drawers, reading lamps ,fitted wardrobe space and a ceiling fan for your use.
Family Bathroom
The family shower room contains a large walk in shower, a single wash basin with vanity mirror and WC.
Please note there is no bath available at this villa, if your booking includes a baby, a baby bath can be made available for use, please request this during the booking process.

EXTERIOR
Pool and Sun Terraces:
The exterior to this beautiful villa is very well thought out and has a lot of space for everyone to enjoy the sunshine all day long. From the sliding doors of the living room area, you have a large, covered terrace for al fresco living and dining where you will find a dining table that will sit 6 persons and a comfortable corner settee to sit and relax to read a book in the shade or enjoy an afternoon cocktail, or an evening aperitif! You will find the large charcoal Canaria BBQ situated on the terrace next to the dining table.
The private swimming pool is approximately 8m x 4m in size and 1.2m to 1.7m in depty (electrically heated, inclusive November to April) it has roman step entry with a long handrail to ensure a safe entry and exit from the pool. You will find plenty of room to move around this sun terrace area to enable you to chase the sun all day long on one of the 6 comfortable sun beds, which come with all-weather comfy cushions.
The large hot tub can be found to the side of the terrace from which you will have a view of the beautiful garden and pool. You will find further table and chairs around the terrace where you can sit and enjoy the sun or sit under the palm tree for some shade.
OTHER INFORMATION
Location:
This Property is approximately 2 kms out from the town centre of Playa Blanca or just a 5-minute taxi ride away and there are reliable and inexpensive bus and taxi services allowing you to explore all areas easily. The readily available taxi service cost to/from town centre from the villa is approximately €4.00 (2024).
Parking and Accessibility:
There is off road parking for 1 vehicle.
Cleaning Service:
Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. Additional cleaning/change of linen & towels provided weekly or mid stay for stays of 10 to 13 nights. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels provided. Pool/beach towels are provided for your convenience.
Additional cleaning can be provided upon request, at an additional charge. Please enquire.
Prices and Occupancy:
Prices are based on up to 4 people sharing. Guests over 4 have a supplement charge. A refundable Damage Bond of 400€ is payable, if the Accidental Damage Waiver is not taken.
