Are stay here was wonderful clean comfortable with everything you need on a vacation the views over looking the Sea is breathtaking the host is so kind and helpful made us feel at home it is close the beaches we would love to come back.

What a gift this property and the humans who manage it are! My family HIGHLY recommends staying here. It's away from the bustle of "town" on the other side and still close enough to get to experience the island (it's a small-ish island afterall!) It's everything to allow you to truly be on holiday. We cannot say enough about the endless Aegean Sea and the incredible - truly incredible - hospitality of Myrsini, Andreas and Bethina! Unparalleled. This is what you wish for in a holiday. We are thankful we got to experience the island, this space on it, and the people we encountered. We will remember waking up, gazing at and diving into the sea. We will remember and treasure our memories of laughing with Andreas and talking with all the other locals. And we will forever remember, cherish and be grateful for all of Myrsini's amazing efforts to ensure that our stay on the island was perfection. Our hearts are filled with the deepest gratitude. If you are considering staying here, stop contemplating and book it immediately and anticipate it with delight ... and say "yes" to anything Myrsini suggests. She is a rock star.

Amazing trip in Milos!

Our family of four (2 adults and 2 kids, aged 14 and 11) had an absolutely unforgettable stay at this stunning property in Milos from August 18-21. It was our first time in Greece, and after visiting several islands, Milos easily became our favorite—thanks in large part to this incredible property! From the moment we arrived, the hosts were exceptionally responsive. The property managers, Andreas & Myrsini, went above and beyond, sharing invaluable local tips that made our trip even more special. The owner, Bettina, is equally wonderful—always attentive to our needs, even providing a thin pillow upon request! The property itself is breathtaking, with a view of the Aegean Sea that you can never tire of. It’s beautifully designed, featuring two bedrooms, which comfortably accommodated our family of four. The living room offers additional sleeping space, perfect for an extra adult or teenager. While there is only one bathroom, the outdoor shower with a view of the sea adds a unique touch, though privacy might be a consideration. If we ever return to Milos—and we sincerely hope we do—this is the only place we would stay. A tip for future visitors: renting a car or scooter is a must to fully explore and enjoy the island. Highly recommended!

What makes this home truly special for me is the feeling it gives from the very first moment you arrive. It’s a place designed to slow you down and reconnect you with the simple beauty of the Cyclades.

Every morning, I personally wanted our guests to start their day the Greek way — with a homemade breakfast, enjoyed at a relaxed pace, surrounded by sea views and the calm atmosphere of Kipos. This is a big part of the experience.

The location was chosen carefully. Just a few minutes from Kipos Beach and within easy reach of the port and the airport (15 minutes drive), the house offers rare tranquility without feeling remote. You can enjoy peaceful mornings, and effortless access to everything Milos has to offer.

Whether you’re traveling as a family, with friends, or as a couple seeking privacy and romance, this home adapts naturally to your rhythm. From the living room that opens directly to the endless blue of the Aegean, to the outdoor spaces where evenings are meant to be shared around the barbecue, everything here is meant to feel genuine, comfortable, and welcoming.
