Traditional cycladic house located in the village of Plaka, capital of Milos island, just 3 min. walk to the centre.
The upper floor comprises 2 bedrooms for a max cap. of 4 persons, a sitting room with a sofa bed, spacious kitchen and a shower/wc.
There is a balcony with ample view to the surrounding villages and the sea.
The dining room has access to a secluded back yard that functions as a second entrance to the house.

One if the best stays I've had! Anna was so helpful and her home was so lovely. Well appointed with modern amenities but vintage touches full of character. Amazing kitchen and back lounge area. Will be thinking about this stay for a while!

Absolutely perfect stay

This property is gorgeous, well stocked for all your needs a s perfectly located to walk to restaurants and shoos in Plaka. Quick walk to Trypiti for more great food. The scenery is stunning. Our family of 5 loved it. The kids walked to the giant, floor chess board daily for games. Tje house has a small hit tin/plunge pool which was perfect for the kids, indoor and outdoor dining sets and plenty of places to lounge. A/C was strong. It was also wonderful to have a washing machine. The host, Anna, is very kind and helpful. She left food for us when we arrived and responded to any questions quickly. I highly recommend.

Sehr schönes Haus mit gute lage

Wir haben unsere Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus hat wirklich alles was man braucht. Einrichtung ist sehr hübsch und die Terrasse mit Whirlpool toll! Das ganze Haus wurde alle 3 Tage gereinigt. Die Lage im Plaka ist sehr gut und ein sehr schöne Strand (Plathiena) nur 10 Min entfernt. Kommunikation mit Anna war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Klare Empfehlung!

Maison très bien décoré

Maison très bien placé à Plaka au calme. Cette maison est décorée avec goût Différentes terrasses aménagées dont l'une possède son jacuzzi. Ménage fait tous les 3 jours. Bien située pour les différents sites. Petits villages à côté pour faire des courses. De nombreux restaurants à Plaka

Séjour à Milos

La maison est très bien située, au calme dans le village de Plaka. L'intérieur a beaucoup de charme et est très bien équipé et propre. la terrasse extérieure avec le jacuzzi est le lieu de vie. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil de la propriétaire qui a été aux petits soins pour nous et qui a rendu ce séjour parfait pour une famille de 4 adultes. Une remarque concernant l'offre sur le site Abritel qui n'est plus à jour : il n'y a pas de 3ème chambre avec douche. Nathalie et Philippe

Most amazing home and host!!

I cannot express how much we enjoyed our stay at Anna’s house in Milos. The place was absolutely beautiful. The most perfect location, steps away from the plaka center. The home was clean and absolutely beautiful. Anna was the most helpful host, she was always available both before and during the trip to answer our questions and check in to make sure we made it safely to Milos. I would highly reccomend staying at this beautiful house, anna went beyond all of our expectations and made our stay in Milos perfect.

Grandioses Urlaubsdomizil in perfekter Lage!

Wir waren im September 2020 bei Anna zu Gast und es war einfach wundervoll! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus besitzt eine gehobene Ausstattung, es ist alles vorhanden für eine erholsame Urlaubszeit. Und etwas mehr... Die Umgebung bietet einige Tavernen und traditionelles Handwerk, also ob als Selbstversorger oder Tavernengast, das Haus und die Lage ist perfekt. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Super house in Milos

Than you so much Anna for our fantastic week in Plaka ! We had a great time in your beautiful house and truly enjoyed every moment . House is very comfortable, great bedding and fantastic terrasse with jacuzzi!!! For us this is the best option in Milos . Hope to come again soon!

Perfect

Loved everything about the house. Amazing decor, extremely confortable. Anna was super nice the entire time and kept always in touch, helping us with the car rental and everything. The location as to be one of the best things about the house. Plaka has a wonderful vibe and we were just a 4/5 minutes walk from the local restaurants, shops and bars. Would definitely recommend the propriety to everyone in search of a wonderful experience. Hope to stay again soon.

Beautiful Milos home

We stayed this summer in Anna’s beautiful house on the hill in Plaka. From the moment we arrived and saw the house we knew we had made a fantastic choice. Anna was delightful and waited patiently for our taxi to arrive. She was kind and very welcoming . The house really is lovely, very clean and spacious , a perfect mix of traditional and modern. We particularly loved the many outdoor seating areas which were enjoyed at different times of the day. We loved sitting on the front balcony with the expansive views of town, hills and sea watching from our quiet calm spot as the many tourists arrived each night for the wondrous Plaka sunset. It was lovely to not get in the car on those occasions and just wander up through the cobbled streets to find endless eating opportunities and sunsets to remember. The closest beaches ever more than 20 minutes away by car. Too many wondrous settings to write about ! We loved Milos and thought that it was a very beautiful island . Anna’s house was a treat to come home to and we felt so relaxed there. Cleaned very regularly and a host who was most willing to do anything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. A real holiday and house to remember with fondness. Thank you Anna xx

Adorable maison grecque au coeur de Plaka

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine chez Anna. Anna a toujours été réactive (sauf quand problème d’internet sur l’ile !) dans nos communications. J’avais été surprise qu’il n’y ait pas de contrat pour une location, mais cela ne pose finalement pas de problème avec Anna qui est de toute confiance. Milos est une ile superbe que nous avons découverte avec bonheur. Plaka n’est pas la ville la plus touristique, mais finalement s’est révélée un bon choix (Adamas, sans grand charme, Appolonia mignon mais petit et loin de tout). Plaka est assez centrale, près des plus beaux sites. La ville est assez typique, juste plus visitée le soir pour son sublime coucher de soleil, dont nous ne nous lassions pas. Anna nous a accueilli dans sa maison avec une grande gentillesse et plus que nécessaire pour bien commencer la semaine ! Sa maison est simple, mais décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Elle est spacieuse et offre tout le confort nécessaire (clim notamment). La cuisine est petite mais suffisante si on cuisine simplement. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la terrasse arrière pour les repas. La maison est hyper calme tout en étant à 5 min à pieds du centre de Plaka et à 5 min en voiture d’un supermarché. Le ménage était fait régulièrement même plus que prévu (tous les 2 jours ?) Un grand merci pour nous avoir permis de vivre à la grecque quelques jours ! Nous recommandons sans réserve

Great Place in Plaka !!!!

I was so sad to leave the seaside house that I was renting in Pollonia to Anna. But when I came in Plaka’s house I immediately fell in love. I love so much this house ! This is a Magical place. You can go there with eyes closed, everything is tasteful. The distribution is very good and allows to be independent (there are 3 entrances) It 's very interesting to be in Plaka, there is a different atmosphere than Pollonia and it's sad to miss it, the southern beaches (like Firiplaka) are very beautiful and Plaka allows faster access. I highly recommend this place, and I want to thanks Anna, who is very reactive and does everything to make life easier :-) Thank you so Much !!! It was Great !!!!! And I will come back again :-)

ACCUEIL ET MAISON AU TOP

Notre famille voudrait tout d'abord remercier Anna et son époux pour leur accueil à notre arrivée sur Milos. Ils nous ont attendu jusqu'à minuit sur le port d'Adamas (alors que notre bateau avait plus de 2 heures de retard), pour nous guider et nous aider à porter nos bagages avec leur véhicule, jusqu'à la maison. Appréciable quand vous arrivez un peu fatigué d'un long voyage en bateau...Accueil d'une extrême gentillesse, avec des petits cadeaux de bienvenu pour notre famille, et toutes les explications nécessaires au bon fonctionnement de la maison donnés, malgré l'heure tardive. La maison est située dans le village capitale de Plaka (à 5 mn à pieds des magasins et restaurants), très accessible avec un grand parking public à environ 200 mètres en contrebas. Une petite ruelle dessert la maison, ce qui lui procure un environnement très calme. Très jolie décoration cycladique, à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur, avec 2 terrasses très agréables devant et derrière la maison (bien pratique pour varier les coins repas du matin et du soir). Grande maison sur 1 rez de chaussée et 1 étage avec 4 chambres, dont 1 en mezannine au dessus du salon, 2 salles de bain (avec 2 douches), une très bonne literie, tout le confort nécessaire pour notre famille de 4 personnes (climatisation dans les chambres et le salon, TV SAT, lecteur DVD, WIFI efficace...). Notre famille s'est beaucoup plu dans cette maison très spacieuse, bien équipée, et très propre avec ménage et changement des draps inclus au milieu de la semaine. Je voudrais remercier Anna qui a été d'une grande aide dans la préparation de notre voyage, avec une réponse toujours très rapide à nos mails, et de bons conseils pour organiser notre séjour. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notre semaine dans la maison Pyrgiandi, au coeur de Plaka. Nous souhaitons une bonne continuation à Anna et à son époux, avec beaucoup de réussite. SEJOUR DE CHARME

Pour notre second séjour dans cette villa traditionnelle de Plaka, tout est toujours aussi bien! La maison est décorée avec gout, très confortable, spacieuse pour nos deux familles de quatre, bien équipée,très propre. Le ménage est fait tous les trois jours. Anna a le sens de l'accueil, vous vous sentez comme chez vous! Plaka est un village calme loin de l'agitation d'Adamas, le village et les tavernes y sont typiques. Nous avons vécu 4 ans en Grèce et connaissons bien le pays, alors nous recommandons vivement cette adresse!

Wonderful

Ein wunderschönes typisches Kykladenhaus,einer der besten Unterkünfte,die wir je hatten. Es hat einfach alles gepaßt. Anna( die Vermieterin) ist super nett und ist bei allen Fragen oder Anliegen für einen da. Sauberkeit top,nicht zu übertreffen. Alle 3 Tage wird geputzt. Wir waren 2 Familien und haben uns unheimlich wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

amazingly perfect!

Our family of five chose this home in Plaka for our restful portion of a very busy travel vacation, and it was an excellent choice. The home has been put together with great thought and attention to detail, both in the decor and needed items. We had plenty of space for our entire family to enjoy, both indoors and outside. We especially liked all of the outdoor patios which were perfect for a lovely breakfast or late afternoon snack! Anna met us at the property, was pleasant and professional, and gave great instructions. She made us feel very welcomed and provided a nice start to our stay. The location is excellent, a very easy walk to all of the town of Plaka. Going to the different beaches required a drive, but this was not a major disadvantage. We loved exploring the island of Milos and its many beautiful beaches, and this home was an outstanding retreat to call home during our stay. Thank you Anna for sharing your wonderful vacation home with us!

Maison très propre, fleurie, restaurée avec goût dans l'esprit des maisons des Cyclades, disposant de toutes les commodités modernes, wifi et lecteur DVD inclus ! Disposée sur deux niveaux, elle est pratique pour tous ceux qui souhaitent un peu d'indépendance (parents / enfants ou parents / amis). La propriétaire prend en charge les nouveaux arrivants depuis le port d'Adamas pour les amener à demeure, donc pas de souci de localisation et d'accès. Située au cœur de Plaka, capitale de l'île, elle est à proximité des commerces et des restaurants, dans une ruelle vraiment calme. Anna est aux petits soins avec ses hôtes, cordiale et sympathique, disponible pour rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible. Un lieu idéal pour se reposer, cuisiner les produits locaux qu'Anna aide à trouver, et pour rayonner sur les routes et chemins de cette île à découvrir...

Beautiful

Wonerful. Very good sevice. Clean. Full of taste. A private garden perfect for a late breakfast or late evening. We were two families, 10 all together. Everyone had a good time. Our best reccomondation. A favorite on Milos:-)

Beautiful house in a very convenient location!

Very nice traditional house fully renovated in a central location of PLaka with close access to parking area. The owner is super helpful and makes you feel really at home. My staying there will be always memorable as it was the place where I got dressed as a bride :)

We (4 French friends) spent 4 days in Anna's house, in Plaka. The house is very spacious, lightfull, respectfull of the traditionnal Greek style. Well furnished, with a nice backyard space ideal for BBQs, comfortable, it is the ideal place for a group of friends willing to enjoy Milos (which totally worths to visit) for some days.

Beautiful traditional house with all necessary facilities. The backyard is really charming. The house is even better than in the photos and the landlords are extremely nice and helpful. Ideal for those who want a quiet stay and wish to experience the everyday’s life on the island. We were 5 adults, greek and french, we all loved it and were happy to have both independent spaces and places to gather.

Haus in Plaka

Wir haben uns in den Häusern von Anna, Anna vermietet neu noch ein Haus in Pollonia, sehr wohl gefühlt. Beide Häuser sind mit viel Charme ausgestattet und Anna ist eine liebenswerte und umsichtige Gastgeberin, welche auch gut Deutsch spricht.
