Welcome to our charming apartment with stunning sea views located near Dubrovnik's Old Town - in Zlatni Potok, a quiet area with only 10 min walk from the Old Town of Dubrovnik.
Apartment features a bedroom with a double bed, a comfortable living room with a sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen offering everything you might need to prepare a meal such as refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, water kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and kitchen utensils. The private bathroom comes with a shower, hairdryer, and washing machine. Also, you can enjoy the delightful balcony.
Accommodates up to 4 guests, with easy access to nearby bus station, shops, beach and city center, all within walking distance.


Apartment is located in Zlatni Potok (Ploče area). It is few minutes away from the Old Town, and in the area you can find everything needed.

Major-league holiday!

One of the most beautiful places I stayed! Pristine apartment, modern and very clean! The views are insane, just like a Gold Coast! The host is very responsible and made sure we get a smooth check in and a warm stay. Definitely would be coming back!

Great stay!

We had a lovely stay at Martina's apartment. The photos are very accurate, in fact the place seems a bit bigger than it appears in the photos. Very clean and tidy. the location is great - a short walk to the old town and also close to Sv Jakov beach, but also in a quiet and calm neighbourhood. This isn't a problem for me, but I would note that this apartment is on the third floor so keep that in mind if you have heavy luggage. However, I think the view is very worth it!

The view is extraordinary. It's really like the photo and even better. You have enough place to breakfast in front of the sea sight with a very good view of Dubrovnik. The apartment is really clean, enough big for 4 people. Air conditioning is good. 15 min walk to go to the center of Dubrovnik without a lot of car on the road of pavement is really appreciated.

Tolles Appartement in toller Lage, beim kontaktlosen Rezeptions-Service allerdings ausbaufähig.

Hervorragende Lage mit tollem Blick auf die Altstadt und mit 1,7 km Entfernung von der Altstadt ist diese auch gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Appartement war gut eingerichtet und sauber. Wir haben bei unserer Ankunft am Nachmittag auch direkt vor dem Eingang problemlos einen kostenfreien Parkplatz am Straßenrand gefunden. Allerdings bin ich nicht sicher, ob das bei jeder Ankunftszeit so ist. Als wir spät abends zu Fuß aus der Altstadt zurück kamen, haben wir in der überschaubaren Umgebung keine freien Plätze gesehen.
