Lovely stay

Had a lovely stay at this place. The apartment had everything we needed and all the instructions and communications were nice & clear. Great location at the top of Falmouth - we walked everywhere. There are steps to get to the property but that was absolutely fine from our perspective.

This a lovely property, great views across the harbour, fully fitted with all the facilities and equipment you would need.Slight caution for those less mobile, there are 3 ways of accessing the property from street level, all require negotiating a number of steep steps, light luggage recommended, nevertheless I would have no hesitation of recommending it.I

Location, views amenities

Loved the property. Views were magnificent even when it rained. Kitchen was well equipped and lounge was comfortable. It would have been helpful to know about the challenging access. We are 3 women 70, 2 of whom have some, usually minor, mobility issues. We struggled with all the steps.

Christmas in Falmouth

Had a lovely stay in our favourite Cornwall town, Falmouth. The property was faultless, roomy, lovely kitchen that was more than up to cooking our Christmas dinner.Host was really helpful with directions, instructions and speedy answering of our questions.We'd never been to Cornwall in Winter and this was our first VRBO stay, we were not disappointed. There are quite a few steps from var park to room and from apartment to the street, but not a major problem once you got used to it.We used as a base to pop over to Penzance to see Cornish Pirates play rugby, a visit to Truro and to the Lost Gardens of Heligan for their nightime Christmas lights/walk.

Great position but a lot of steps

Not sure if we missed this in the property description but the parking area was very tight and there were a lot of steps to get to the apartment - hard work with cases for us older ladies. Apart from that the location was excellent and we loved the apartment.

Falmouth Family Favourite !

Highly recommend a stay at Boscawen! The apartment is a fantastic family base, with everything you would need and location is perfect to not only see Falmouth but also to travel to other local areas. Communication with Jan was exceptional.

Excellent apartment and perfect location

I was extremely pleased and very impressed with the apartment. It was immaculately clean with good quality towels and bed linen provided. The attention to detail taken by Jan in regards to decor , furnishings and the amount of detailed information about the apartment and the surrounding area was superb. The apartment is ideally located at the top of the High Street and has the most lovely views and is perfectly placed to explore Falmouth and Cornwall. I would highly recommend this apartment and would certainly stay here again as it truly is a little home from home.

Long weekend in Falmouth

Excellent weekend, flat was very well equipped and in a central location. Very easy access for restaurants, local bars, shops and activities. Flat nicely maintained, only criticism would be the WiFi dropping out on occasions little bit unstable. But it certainly didn’t mar the weekend or the apartment.

Falmouth Apartment

We loved every aspect of our 2 week stay in Falmouth. Our host did everything to accommodate us from start to finish and to cap it all the weather was kind to us. The apartment we felt was truly home from home with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We recommend it.

Stunning apartment

Had a wonderful break at this gorgeous apartment. The views are amazing. Have spent much time sitting on the balcony watching the busy river life. Seeing the sun come up and then go down. The apartment is clean, beautifully kept and well laid out. In a perfect location close to town. I wholeheartedly recommend this stunning apartment. We shall definitely return some day!
