Welcome to our splendid property located in Florence, on Via Cimabue, an oasis of tranquility just a few steps from the vibrant historic center of the city.

On the third and top floor of an elegant building with lift, you will be welcomed by a bright and spacious apartment of approximately 250 square meters spread over two levels, designed to offer you maximum comfort during your stay.

Upon entering, you will immediately be won over by the generous size of the spaces, both in the living area and in the sleeping area. The lounge, furnished with elegant sofas and equipped with a TV to relax after a day of sightseeing, invites you to immerse yourself in a welcoming and refined atmosphere.

The kitchen, fully equipped and enriched by a central island, will be the ideal place to experiment with Tuscan cuisine or prepare a simple Italian coffee to start the day in the best possible way.

The four bedrooms, three of which have double beds and one with two single beds, guarantee ample space and privacy for all guests. The three bathrooms, one with shower and, with bathtub and one service, ensure comfort and functionality for every need.

We had a great stay at this property. It was very clean, and the host was excellent with communication before and during our visit. The home is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood and had plenty of space for our group of eight to spread out comfortably.The location worked well for us—it was about a 20–30 minute walk to Florence's main attractions, which our group didn't mind at all.The only improvements we would suggest would be providing more than one key, as it would have given our group more flexibility to split up throughout the day. We also would have appreciated a few additional amenities, such as extra paper towels and more hand towels.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to others visiting Florence.

One of the showers was broken so we only had one shower for 8 of us in blistering heat. Also, no kitchen towels to dry dishes.

I stayed at this home with my daughter/son in law and 2 grandsons (ages 12 and 14).The home is gorgeous with a lovely balcony. Location was excellent and a wonderful restaurant across the street. We were there May 13 through May 21st 2026. It was very hot....the home has AC and was working great in the kitchen and living room, bedrooms, not as well. The upstairs shower doesn't get hot water, the downstairs shower gets plenty of hot water but the shower holder at the top is broken so you have to hand hold the shower nozzle. The tiles in both bathrooms were not clean and the shower doors upstairs were not cleaned well at all. Furniture and beds are quite comfortable. The biggest drawback is having only one set of keys, which someone else commented as well. When you have people going in different directions, it only makes sense to have 2 sets of keys. Overall, I would highly recommend.

This is a lovely property, outside of city center so it’s quiet with grocery shopping near by. The check in was smooth, however I regret not asking how the appliances worked. We discovered later that the washing machine was broken. We called the emergency number and they promptly sent a repair man, but he was unsuccessful. The owner offered to pay if we decided to go to a laundromat or refund us 10%. We felt it was a fair compromise.The apartment was very poorly stocked. Only one garage bag (so we could not sort our trash), no dish towels, no paper towels, no toaster. These are all little annoyances and I’m certain will be corrected by the host. If you choose this property, look around, ask questions. The elevator is very small but does a great job of getting luggage up to the top floor. Two people MAXThe deck was lovely, a great way to end the day!

The apartment was just as advertised. We brought our family of 7 adults and everyone had plenty of room. The upstairs balcony had a beautiful view. Close to coffee/pastry shop, mercato and public transportation. Delightful.

Absolutely beautiful home in an amazing location in Florence. We have no complaints at all (except it may be time to replace the couches as they are certainly well-loved and used). It was perfect for the three generations in our family who stayed there, and I loved that there was everything we needed for our two year old who was with us. We would definitely recommend it!

Beautiful apartment and good communication and check-in. There are 2 full baths (and 1 half bath) and one has a classic tub with shower that may be difficult for older people to use. So we had numerous people using the only standard shower in the home. There is a very small elevator that we mostly used for luggage, so plan on walking the 4 flights. Very nice private terrace on the roof. Quieter neighborhood with grocery store and a few nice cafes and restaurants close by. Walking into town takes about 20 - 40 minutes depending on destination. There is some road construction in this area causing traffic congestion. You will need to provide your own soap, shampoo, etc. There is a Lavazza Mio, so bring or buy coffee pods. Only one set of keys, so you have to coordinate access if you split up. Overall nice and spacious apartment with a few things to keep in mind for a successful trip!

The apartment was gorgeous and very spacious. We felt like we were in a little museum of our own with the gorgeous architecture. We had a group of five and the large space was more than comfortable. The only drawback is it's a little far from the main city sites. My partner and I were fine to walk but my grandmother and mom and to use taxis as it was quite hot and the walk was too far. Our property manager was very kind and helped us check in early which was much appreciated.

Beautiful place but the upstairs shower was non-functioning. Two showers were one of the reasons we chose this place. It was expensive so the value was not great for us.

Highly recommend

Very nice, clean, spacious, well-appointed apartment in a very nice neighborhood within walking, biking, riding distance to old town. Nice balcony and private garden for relaxing as well. Daniel is a delightful property manager who makes himself available at all times, provides great information and recommendations. We very much enjoyed our stay and would happily stay there again and/or recommend to others. Thank you Daniel, hope to see you again someday.

Florence apartment

This property is beautifully decorated and has plenty of space on (2) floors. About a week before arrival, I received a correspondence that there may be a water pressure problem in the apartment, which there was, in the 2nd floor bathroom. Four of us ended up sharing the one bath on the main floor. The kitchen lacked things that you would think would be included...like a spatula, paper towels or napkins, maybe salt and pepper or a toaster. The gentleman that let us in did not give us much information on the workings of things in the place other than the lift was not working and the flat is on the 4th floor. We were left one set of keys for the four of us.

The apartment itself was beautiful. However it was not worth what we paid.Aircon worked in only 3 out of 4 bedrooms…so sleeping at night was unbearable! The floors were filthy, the aircon in the lounge was leaking, puddles of water behind a lovely leather couch, stains down the wall. So obviously not a new thing but it hasn’t been attended to.No instructions for appliances or welcome manual for local things to do/see. No instructions for trash or anything! We found the washing machine a nightmare to use. While it’s a fairly straight forward 20 mins walk into the center of Florence, getting Ubers & taxis is hard work and expensive!!!Not the best value for money.

Beautiful property

Overall, this property is amazing. It is located about a mile from major museums and touristy sites. Normally, this would be fine, but we had one individual with mobility issues, and we learned quickly that getting cabs in this neighborhood takes a lot of time. The check in process is always more difficult than the US since it seems the preference is for someone to meet you on-site rather than just use a lock box. The individual meeting us was quick to arrive and gave us most important info. The only real drawback was there were no written instructions or anything. At one point a fuse blew and it took quite some time to get it fixed, but it seemed like a common issue. Maybe a binder with information like where the fuse boxes are located, check out procedures (i.e. where to put trash, used bedding, etc.) would be helpful. Overall, the property was beautiful with plenty of space and a large kitchen. the location is great (as long as you don't have mobility issues), there are lots of restaurants nearby, and the management was responsive to calls and questions. I would recommend this property to friends visiting the area.

Lots of Space!

Our family of 6 stayed at this spacious apartment for 4 nights. We enjoyed the large space - the terrace was great and the kitchen had lots of space for everyone. The main room had 2 couches, but they were not super comfy & it needs a coffee table.We were a short walk to the grocery store & across the street from an amazing restaurant! The walk to the "sights" was 25 minutes, which was fine for us. The neighbourhood is very quiet - very much a regular neighbourhood and not touristy at all. The apartment had the basics but a note that there were no things like salt and pepper, coffee pods, dishwasher detergent. Not necessarily required, but would be good to know ahead of time. There were a few rolls of toilet paper provided. We did have a couple of hiccups - the person who met us for check in could not answer all our questions, for example, we never did figure out what to do with the garbage. She handed us keys and left. The ensuite bathtub didn't drain well, so we used the upstairs shower instead. As well, the a/c units took a very long time to cool the apartment (one bedroom was 27-29 celsius for 2 days before finally getting down to 23). The place was clean, but could have used some attention to things like the moulding on the doors, which were a bit grimy. Overall, we had a good stay. This has been mentioned before, but it would be helpful for guests to be left a binder with instructions - how to work the washing machine, where to put the garbage, how the a/c works.
