Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the excellent location and found it convenient to walk to everything. We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay. Clear instructions for the main entrance should have been provided at check-in, and we’re sorry this was not explained properly. We also regret the issues with the missing bedspreads, bedding, clogged sink, and washing machine and dryer. These are certainly not the standard we aim to provide. We especially appreciate your comments about communication and housekeeping. We’ll review these points with our team to ensure they are addressed and that future guests have a smoother experience. Thank you again for your feedback.
