Wow! This was our first trip to Florence, and we could not have chosen a better property or location. The apartment is right at the base of the Ponte Vecchio and looks exactly like the pictures. The bedrooms were spacious, and having three bathrooms was amazing! The host was very responsive and helped arrange transportation from the airport, which made our arrival and finding the apartment completely seamless. Since my son will be studying abroad in Florence for the year, I am certain we will stay here again. I will also happily recommend this property to friends planning a trip to Florence. We had a wonderful experience!

Clean and in a great location! Small 3 adult elevator so you may have to take multiple trips if you have a bigger group. Beds were pretty hard. Washer and dryer in the unit was amazing.

Dear Michael, Thank you very much for your kind feedback — we are truly happy to hear that you enjoyed the location and your stay with us! It was a pleasure hosting you. As for the elevator, please note that the apartment is located in a historic building, and therefore the size of the lift depends on the original structure and local regulations. We understand it may require a few trips when traveling in a group, and we truly appreciate your understanding. Thank you as well for your comments regarding the beds — your feedback is very valuable to us and helps us improve the experience for our future guests. We are glad you appreciated the washer and dryer, and we would be delighted to welcome you again in the future! Warm regards apartments Florence team

The location was fantastic, and the apartment was very nice. Plenty of room for the 3 of us. Our issue was the check-in: because out flights were delayed, we did not get into Florence until 12 hours later then expected. Because it was midnight, the man that came to let us in was obviously irritated. He rushed through the check-in process (which is a notebook of nickel and diming of items- for example, if you clog a sink or toilet, it's 30 euros, if you leave dirty dishes, 30 euros, etc). And then the 70 euro charge for the late check in.

Ponte Vecchio - Great location

My husband and I rented the Apartment for our family, which includes six adults. It was perfect for our trip! I loved the location, the communication with the apartment manager, and the immaculate apartment. Having an elevator was much appreciated. Highly recommend.

Wondeful location. Very good and clean rooms and bathrooms. Kitchen fine. Minor problems with failing lights and terrace cleaning. Family of six, we would return to this apartment.

Fabulous Florence Apt in THE BEST location

We had 3 generations from the States visiting Florence and this apartment was perfect for ages 20-80somethings. It has an elevator which was key for our older family members and was a well maintained quiet building & had modern conveniences (good AC/shower pressure etc). Great management who met us there and showed us everything. Literally steps out the front door is the Ponte Vecchio and on oltrarno side. Perfect for main attractions, but also minutes from areas and piazzas less crowded by tourists. Sunny terrace an added bonus. We would stay here again in a heart beat. The location cannot be beat for seeing everything.

Our sanctuary

This apartment is located in the heart of the Ponte Vecchio crowd but when we stepped into the apartment everything was safe and quiet. Very spacious for Italy standards. Nicest place I’ve stayed in Italy. Little language barrier with rental company but it all worked out in the end.

Great location but…

Great location. Nice large bedrooms and baths. The view, however is directly to other building across the street which is not indicated on site. The balcony furniture has no cushions for seating on the furniture. Kitchen well equipped. Main living area much smaller than photos may indicate. Also on first day, requested replacement of light bulbs in bathroom and was never accomplished. Check in went well, however our flight was delayed and extra euros charged fairly high for late check in. This is indicated upon booking but seems excessive never the less.

Great stay!

The location of this property was perfect for a stay in Florence. It was easy to walk to the main attractions and there was a grocery store nearby. It is on the top level, so it was quiet and we enjoyed having the outdoor space. Overall, we had a great stay!
