Detached villa from the 1950s of great charm, just 50 meters from the sea.
The structure stands on land approximately 10 meters above the Porto Azzurro/Portoferraio provincial road, in front of the Gulf of Mola.

The villa is in the territory of the Tuscan Archipelago National Park, surrounded by a private garden of Mediterranean scrub; centuries-old pine trees, olive trees, rosemary, almond trees. .
In season the flowering of lush bougainvillea covers the main facade of the villa.
Wood, terracotta floors, period furnishings and lots of light characterize the lived-in interiors of the property. Guests have 2 large double bedrooms at their disposal.
Upon request, it is possible to use an additional bedroom with a bunk bed, for two people.
Each bedroom is equipped with individual air conditioning.

A characteristic wooden window occupies the entire wall of the living room and offers an extraordinary glimpse of the Mola bay.
You can dine on the veranda overlooking the gulf: a solid wood table for twelve people will welcome you.
The kitchen is independent, with induction plate and fully equipped.
In the garden you can relax on the deckchairs in the shade of the pine trees, cook on the barbeque or simply enjoy the view of the sea.
The fig tree hides an outdoor shower.

The Mola beach, immediately from the villa, can be reached on foot by crossing the provincial road, but it is not suitable for bathing due to poseidonia on the seabed; furthermore, a stretch of the beach below hosts a facility equipped for dogs and their owners.
Boat owners will be able to safely moor a boat in the bay, right in front of the house, in a guarded buoy field.

The villa is not in an isolated position, but in the Residential Area of ​​Mola, which develops along the Porto Azzurro / Portoferraio provincial road, facing the bay of Mola, among Villas, Private Homes, Residences and Hotels.
The services and comforts offered by this Residential Area are many. Five minutes are enough to reach the most beautiful sandy beaches, some with bar and restaurant service, others quieter, Lido di Capoliveri, Zuccale, Barabarca, Norsi, Felciaio, or Aquarilli, the only authorized naturist beach on Elba.

The road below connects, within a few hundred metres, all the services: supermarket, local vegetable stalls, petrol station, bank, fish market, bar, pizzeria and restaurants. In Porto Azzurro it is possible to buy fresh fish directly from the fishing boat at the dock. Furthermore, the strategic position guarantees safety in all circumstances. Police station, emergency room, hospital, emergency medical service, fire brigade and veterinary.
It is worth knowing that, depending on the season and the time, from home you can hear the passing of cars on the street.

Pets are allowed up to a maximum of one, with a cleaning supplement of €20 per pet per stay.

The garden is not fenced.

The rental price includes water and electricity consumption.
The consumption of air conditioning and heating is included up to a maximum of 20 kW per stay. Any excess consumption will be charged at check out, at a cost of €. 0.8 / Kw.
Any guests who use the room with the bunk bed will pay a supplement of €20 per day per person.

Agreements with selected restaurants. Possibility of sailing excursions, diving and freediving, motor dinghy rental, cultural visits in the footsteps of Napoleon.

IMPORTANT: An agreement is reserved for our guests that allows 20% discounts on ferries.

LINEN: bed and bathroom linen provided on request, for a fee.
It is possible to use your own linen.

TIMES: check in is from 4.00 pm (4 pm) check out by 11.00 am.
For check-in after 9pm (9pm) and until 11pm (11pm) a supplement of € 30 is required.

GROUPS: children over 21 years old admitted.

DEPOSIT: € 200 to be paid in cash at check-in.

PETS: allowed up to one with cleaning supplement of €20 per stay.

AIR CONDITIONING: any consumption over 20 kw per stay will be charged at €0.8/kw.

WASTE DISPOSAL: Guests are required to dispose of waste using the appropriate bags provided. Any waste still present at check out will result in a cleaning supplement of €50 being charged.
