The property consists of 3 independent but close structures overlooking the garden surrounded by hectares of untouched italian countryside.


The main building is a traditional stone villa (accommodates 6 guests) which is composed of ground floor with:
1 kitchen,2 living room, 1 double bedroom and the bathroom.
First floor is composed of:
1 double bedroom
1 bedroom with 2 single beds
The bedrooms have a bathroom from which you can access from both rooms.

-The second structure (at 20 meters away from the main building) is the old barn (accommodates 4 to 6 guests) meticulously restored into a charming Loft where there are 2 double beds,1 sofa bed and 1 bathroom all in an open space as shown in the photos. (Please note that the Loft is included in the rental for 9 adult guests and above. Otherwise extra charges will be applied).

-The third structure is the ancient stable (accommodates 4) ,refurbished into 2 delightful master bedrooms (positioned right next to the swimming pool).

The spacious outdoor area is ideal to prepare your home cooked meals having the BBQ and the authentic pizza oven at your disposal.
The property also consists of 2 al fesco dining areas and the swimming pool with a breathtaking view.

You can take in the spectacular scenery from every angle, whether you are in the swimming pool with infinite view, in the beautifully landscaped garden or chilling in a deck chair facing the hills and watching the sunset with a glass of wine.
All the structures have been meticulously restored by local artisans with an exquisite mix of traditional rustic style and gracious elegance. You can appreciate exposed stone walls,wooden beam ceilings and handmade terracotta flooring.
There is also the possibility to add 2 extra single beds and 2 cots.
