This was such a great place to stay! The location is in the heart of it all. Great restaurants and bar’s within walking distance! I also loved the tranquility of the pool. So relaxing and I even fell asleep.

Location was excellent. Within walking distance to ABC stores, restaurants/bars and the ocean/beach. Room was great. Very spacious, clean, and had AC!Will definitely stay here again!

The unit had everything for our stay. The location is great-- close to shopping, restaurants and best of all, the ocean is right across the street! Would definitely stay again.

Amazing location

Overall, everything was amazing. The host were so amazing. They let us check in early. The room was at an amazing location right across the street from the beach. It was pretty hard to access the water there, but the view was incredible. It was super close to everything. Would definitely recommend staying here. Definitely will be coming back.

Kona is our favorite place to stay on the Big island. Condo was a perfect location. We were very comfortable with accommodation.

Location location location!!!

Perfect stay for my husband and I. Location couldn’t have been better. Ocean directly across the street. Restaurants, bars, ABC store all in walking distance. Property included extras that we were pleased to have (boogie boards, umbrella, snorkel gear). Owner easy to reach and very communicative. Looking forward to staying here again

Phenomenal, highly recommend

This place was better than advertised. Right in the heart of Kona. Amazing restaurants within walking distance. Fun shops and things to do. You can hear the ocean from the patio. The management/owners were so great. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean. We would stay here again if we ever came back. 100%

Our recent stay was nothing short of disappointing and unacceptable. My partner and I booked this unit for what was meant to be a special vacation, our first together. However, upon arrival around 8pm after a long day of travel, we were met with conditions that left us shocked and deeply dissatisfied.Firstly, the unit was plagued by a pervasive, unpleasant odor that permeated every corner. The tap water, which we expected to use for basic necessities, had a foul smell and was undrinkable. This made it impossible for us to even brush our teeth comfortably. Adding to our dismay, both refrigerators contained leftover food, clearly indicating a lack of proper cleaning and maintenance.Moreover, the listing advertised the unit as a condo, but to our dismay, it was actually part of the Kona Islander Inn—a motel and a crucial detail that was misleadingly omitted. This discovery was not only surprising but significantly impacted our expectations and overall experience.Confronted with these intolerable conditions, we made the difficult decision to vacate the property the following morning and secure alternative accommodations at a hotel. As such, we are requesting a full refund to reflect the complete lack of hospitality and disregard for basic standards of cleanliness and transparency

comfy stay

I had a nice stay here. The apt. had everything I needed including snorkel gear that I was planning to rent but didn't need to because there was some available in the closet. The bed was very comfortable. One of the outlets in the kitchen didn't work but besides that everything was good.

Great base for visiting the Big Island!

Had everything we really needed, and a beautiful view of the ocean from the lanai. In the center of Kailua, we could walk to multiple restaurants and beaches. When we contacted the owners with an issue, it was handled promptly.

• Property description / Structured amenities – This condo is part of a multi building complex. Amenities include shared pool, spa, outdoor BBQ, guest laundry and lobby.

• Unit #142 – The condo is cleaned after each guest by contracted professional cleaners via the on-island property manager. The property manager very often is present at the time of check out or check in to ensure standards are maintained.
