Experience the convenience of being close to popular beaches, shops, restaurants, and historic landmarks with this delightful and cozy retreat. Ideal for explorers and relaxers alike, it is your perfect base for memorable adventures and relaxation. You can walk to many of the restaurants, some of which are on the ocean front with a great atmosphere. There is also a free open air trolley that will take you around to different locations within town. There is a table and chairs on the lanai that looks over the pool and tropical landscape. There are beach chairs and beach towels for you to use on your adventures. THE PROPERTY has a pool with lounge chairs, a hot tub, BBQs along with a coined laundry room. THE STUDIO is on the third floor with no elevator.

Very well appointed - had all we needed and more in kitchen and bath areas. Condo was clean, upgraded, well kept and surprisingly quiet in a great town location! Perfect for couples. Would stay again for sure!

We love the location of this property, so close to shops and restaurants. The unit had everything needed for a great stay, including some Toiletries, the needed kitchen items to cook if desired, but best of all snorkel gear for 2, an umbrella, and beach chairs.

This lovely condo is even better than the pictures. The set up is spacious, with a view of the inner courtyard pool. It's in a great location with restaurants and shops within walking distance. David had excellent communication. I would love to stay here again if I get to come back to the Big Island.

Kona Vaca

Very well finished, nice art work and the beach chairs were definitely a bonus. We brought our own snorkel sets but having those available too was good. Very quiet, comfy bed.

We grew up in Southern California in a beach community. My family vacationed here and realized that we enjoyed the slower pace and year around warmth that Hawaii offers. So, we made the move here 14 years ago and now have this great studio to share with guests to see what we found here. When you book with us you are helping to support the local economy and not some big corporation. We are also on island to help you with any questions you might have about the island or local attractions.

We chose this condo because it is a beautiful and relaxing place to stay with a tropical landscape setting. It is located across the street from the ocean and beach and is walking distance to many restaurants, shops and activities. Some of the restaurants have seating right at the edge or above the water.

この宿泊施設の特徴

They say that the three most important things about a property are location, location and location. In my opinion there is no better location for a condo on the Island then right in the heart of Kona Town.
