The apartment, on the ground floor of a house, features a large garden and terrace furnished with dining area, outdoor kitchen and outdoor sofas where guests can relax and enjoy the breathtaking sea view. The entrance opens onto the living area, featuring a living room equipped with two single sofa beds, a dining table, a TV and a fully-equipped kitchen. The sleeping area includes a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a closet and access to the terrace. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.

Porto Cervo, the unquestioned capital of Costa Smeralda, is an exclusive seaside village built around an inlet that resembles a deer and has become the kingdom of luxury holidays. In the sixties, Prince Karim Aga Khan IV, fascinated by the beauty of this coastline, decided to buy the lands of this corner of Gallura to create a paradise of elite international tourism. Today the new marina, with 700 berths, is one of the largest and most equipped in the Mediterranean and hosts the prestigious Costa Smeralda Yacht Club, which organizes international sailing regattas.

In summer, you can easily find yourself going shopping with movie and TV stars in the prestigious boutiques of Porto Cervo, the location of daily appointments with the international jet set, among parties and sporting events (golf in particular) hosted by fancy restaurants, luxury hotels, and exclusive clubs.
